Aibu to ask how you all plan to cope with the heat on the next few days?

What are your ideas to cool the room down to get some sleep? We have pedestal fans they are not helping much.

Put cold flannels or ice pack on the back of your knees and elbows (inside of arm).

She’s on the 3rd floor- it’s roasting

You live in a 4-storey house. That is huuuge!

Struggling here too it was 32 today and now trying not to worry about my 20 month old. Her room is sitting at 28.4 and I can't get it down all other rooms in the house are the same.. She has a fan on and window open and sleeping in just her nappy

We've been ok so far... not looking forward to tomorrow. I hate hot weather!

I was already (still?) 24 outside at 5 am.

if you use a fan put a wet towel on your feet and point the ventilator downwards.
