I'm cross that the clean bed luxury has been ruined

I've changed our bed today and it was overdue. I put the sheet and pillow back on but the duvet cover is a bit damp so has stayed on the airer.
I just went in to find DD lying on our bed, on the sheet in her outdoor clothes. Angry

I get that this is a genuine annoyance for you. I opened a gift which has rose petals in it and they landed on my newly laundered bed sheets which I am in /on due to being laid up with a broken ankle and foot. Now I have crumbly, poky, scratchy dried flowers (not invisible germs) in my bed and getting laundry to the machine with a broken foot is a mission. However it was such a instantaneous, fleeting thought that flickered and went but brought this thread to mind. I can't imagine being upset to the extent that i would not only not immediately move onto other issues but take the time to post about it on a forum. As my mother used to say, may this be the biggest problem in your life.

I think it’s one of those things that some people get and some don’t, hence posting on MN. It’s not about it being the biggest problem OP has ever had. If you take that view then you shouldn’t be on MN other than for a select few board which contain “real” problems.
