to be super puzzled why my elbow stinks

what on earth...... I am clean. I am always clean. However for the past few days my right elbow (the crook of it) has been omitting a god awful stench. I can't wash it off. It is foul.

It smells like feet and rot and awfulness. There is no broken skin, it just looks like a normal elbow. WTF.

why is this happening? anyone got any ideas? soap isn't doing anything!

Why are you turning your arm the opposite way?

It's not the elbow she's talking about, it's the crease in your arm. The bit that creases when you bend your elbow, on the inside of you arm. Not the outside. You just need to bend your arm across your face and the crease will be at your noise.

Smellbow should be in classics.

I've also learnt from this thread never to attempt diy brain surgery with Hibiscrub or even Hibiscuses for that matter.

Indeed not. However, he explains that you can 'catch' someone else's armpit biome and even have different biomes in each armpit. If you can have one sweet and one smelly armpit, then surely elbows can do the same. He also talks about how to change the microbiome.
