To ask if you would have a baby at 38?

I am 38 years old. In a long term stable relationship. I have a 20 year old DS at university. My partner wants a baby next year and whilst I am not against it and do worry that I'll regret it if I don't. I'm also knackered and just want a quiet, somewhat carefree, responsibilty free future to do whatever the heck I like.

Would you start again at 38?

Not a chance.

First time poster. Long time lurker. I had my last child at 38 after a 10 year gap. I forgot how hard it was but I wouldn't be without her.

Unless you feel very strongly in favour of another child I wouldn't do it. Don't allow yourself to be pressurised into taking on a lifetime commitment unless it's what you want

Ive not had a period since jan 2019. I am under infertility gynae did all checks for me and my husband. They found out i had endometriosis polyp which i recently got removed few weeks ago. The consultant gave me some meds to start a period then have letrozole on certain days. She told me i am not menopausal. @Kimm123 can you start your own thread in the conception board please. As this thread is big, posters might not see your question

I'm 48 and things are changing. Still have periods but now closer, shorter and sometimes skip one. Highly likely.
