How many coats do you own?

Including leather jackets, denim jackets, mac, winter, summer coats etc.

(Not counting suit jackets tho)

Starting to think I need to thin out, especially since I just saw a moth in one 😮

2. One thin waterproof and one warmer waterproof with a fleece.

Wow, you're obviously not cold blooded like me!

Even in bed, had hot lunch, dressing gown over my clothes-I'd wear my winter coat if it wouldn't ruin it...

Also wear hat, scarf , gloves and when v cold, biker under my shearling-but I am 42kg(was ballerina a long time ago)

Rain jacket, winter coat, then about 7 old coats and jackets that no longer fit me but I hope will one day

I can only wear one coat at a time though! a warm winter fleece with a waterproof coat as a 2 in 1 does the job.

Four:

1 waterproof shell
1 light jacket
1 spring/autumn coat
1 winter coat

@fishykettles wow really impressed. I would really struggle not having at least a cardigan for when it is a little colder then I like, a light water proof coat, a spring/autumn coat that is warmer then a cardigan but not a boiling as a duffle coat, a lighter summer coat for the evenings in summer, a slightly warmer wool coat for the slightly warmer winter days and then a duffle coat for the days that are freezing

I have one quite lightweight but still warm coat.

One thicker Parka, and one suede biker style jacket to wear with dresses in the summer.

At least ten (wool mix winter coat, rarely worn except for funerals, warm raincoat, lightweight raincoat, 3/4 length duffel coat, biker jacket, 3/4 length Berghaus waterproof with detachable fleece lining, short white denim jacket, longer blue denim jacket, couple of lightweight waterproofs).

I wouldn't be altogether surprised if there were more, were I to go upstairs and rummage through the wardrobe.

I think I may have hoarding tendencies.

1 nice winter coat
2 fairly smart waterproofs
1 ski jacket (only wear in the UK if it snows).

Had no idea some had so many!

Too many but not enough? One Canada goose hoody One Canada goose trench Both rarely worn now I am menopausal but too expensive to give away. 6 or so fleeces with and without hoods One wool coat also not worn currently. A Letterman from Harvard>>> too big but I dont care. One denim jacket. 3 anyone can wear big coats with hoods and waterproof and big pockets and lined etc, mostly used for dog walking/fishing kinda stuff.

I'm very jealous, I have a real hankering for a Canada Goose full length coat, but I only have a Sea Salt budget.

The coat I like costs more than most of the cars I've owned.

Very, very many. The oldest being a mint cord wallis jacket from decades ago. Maybe 40 to 50, but accumulated over many years via eBay bargains. I hardly wear most of them, but like to stroke them when passing

Lol just 1 ! A multipurpose warm and waterproof one for winter. It’s smart-ish .

In my defence I live in France and for most of the year I don’t need a coat. I have a lot of big cardigans / mi-saison outer layers.
