I have an online shop. Message below from a customer.

I cancelled and refunded her as I am obviously too stupid to post her item!! Cheeky Cow! Angry

Hi there. I'm ordering this for a master's degree project and would appreciate the most expedited shipping I can afford. Not that you could possibly know what that is, but I'm willing to pay a bit more to get it sooner if that's at all possible. Thanks!

I also took the comment to relate to you not knowing what her budget is. It comes across (to me at least) as a somewhat jokey and slightly self-effacing way of saying "I'm such an idiot expecting you to be psychic about what I can afford". They're probably mortified now you've misconstrued their meaning and cancelled their order to boot.

Exactly lazy she asked if she'd been unreasonable when people asked why she thought the student had been rude. She said look she thinks i dont know whag expeditated means. And everyone went errrrrmmmm no thats not what she said. Instead of going oh i see i've made a mistake shit i'll email amd see if the student still wants to buy from me she disappeared and dereged

Although that wasnt why she posted it in the first placs it wadnt to check wether she'd done the right thing her intention in posting on mumnet was to go look at this snobby clever student who thinks she is better than me well i've shown her by cancelling her order. Look how awlfully she spoke to me. Lets all laugh at her snobby cheek.
Only er yeah. Those that are sticking up for the op going well what do you expect you've given her a pasting. In response to the op's pasting of an innocent student whos had her private email pasted on the internet.

Those who are going every ones humilating op . OP started this thread to humilate amd laugh ag a student whos tried to write a well writen professional email.

Don't quite understand your post sorry. IMO yes she was unreasonable and seemed to fly off the handle before reconsidering what the customer had even meant on her email.

I'm agreeing with you and extending on why i'm agreeing with you. Ie she asked for oppions which those saying shes been pasted and bullied woukd go yes oppions not to be pasted. So i was saying at the begining there were a few that went erm whats offened you, thats lead you to cancel the order. So i was extending on why so many people were having a giggle.

Sorry not all of it was aimed at you. Theres a few people that think the OP has been pasted and has been bullied and thats why she hasnt come back basically saying we're all rude bullies. I was pointing out that the OP intention waa to bully humilate the student and geg us all to paste the student for her snobbery.

I cant believe the crap the OP is getting . Yes, she over reacted but haven't most of us done that at some point.

OP it was a mistake but fixable. It was a cancelled order; not a big deal in the big scheme of things.

As @WaxOnFeckOff said: OP could have shut this down on the first page by simply saying "doh, I've been a plonker and misread what customer said"
