To think everyone saying Shamima Begum should rot in Syria have completely overlooked the fact that she is pregnant

StepAwayFromGoogle · 14/02/2019 13:39

Just that really. She did a terrible thing going to Syria to marry an ISIS fighter. But she was only 15 and probably incredibly naive. She has already lost two children, one as a complication of malnutrition. And the child she is pregnant with has done nothing wrong. Surely we shouldn't leave him or her there to die too?

“Well now you know it is an option and hopefully it will stop you making sarcastic remarks about not being able to pass the test if you can't speak English.

So there you are and you're welcome to this new bit of knowledge“

All you need is a long term physical or mental condition that prevents you. Easy peasy.

suffragetteorsuffragist · 20/02/2019 12:36

Do you live in a world of pink clouds and unicorn shit because , here in the real world, people lie!

I knew it wouldn't be long before the daft Twat Brigade would be along! Do you have Houdini as your club mascot because the twists and turns you do to defend this ISIS warrior would put him to shame.

It looks as if she isn't coming back. trebles all around!

Hollowvictory · 20/02/2019 12:39

She thinks it's a 'bit unjust'. Well lots of people here think it's a bit unjust to behead, stone and kill people, murder teenagers at a concert, but she was happy enough doing that.

BertrandRussell · 20/02/2019 12:53

“Do you live in a world of pink clouds and unicorn shit because , here in the real world, people lie!“

Bad enough letting foreigners become Citizens- let alone deaf or dyslexic or mentally impaired foreigners!

brassbrass · 20/02/2019 12:57

I don't think she knows what she's saying. She's stupid, traumatised from what she's been through and just given birth to boot in a camp with fellow IS sympathisers. She is not clever enough to balance the media scrum of interviews with continuing to exist in that environment. Doubt IS are trying to get her back here, if they were they would have given her a more credible script to work from and she wouldn't have spouted the many dumb views she has. Likewise it doesn't look like the family solicitors have been much use in getting her to present a sympathetic case for coming back: I was stupid by the time I realised my mistake it was too dangerous and I was stuck. I had to do what I was told etc. I deeply regret it all etc

She has been thoroughly abandoned by everyone including her own family, she is truly fucked. They may be threatening to appeal or whatever but why aren't they sending someone to visit her?

MadCatEnthusiast · 20/02/2019 12:59

The rest of the family appear to be invisible mutes

Her sister was on ITV speaking about her a few days ago so not entirely mute.

AnnaComnena · 20/02/2019 13:02

She thinks it's a 'bit unjust'.

Isn't it what she wanted? To reject Britain and the British way of life, and to cut all ties?

Xenia · 20/02/2019 13:09

Ah, sorry I was muddling up the two then - it sounds like the girl we are talking about has two originally Bangladeshi parents in that case.

I was muddling her with the girl from the Abase family ( father from Ethiopia) - the one with the protester father www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-6704819/Father-ISIS-bride-says-pregnant-jihadi-19-poses-no-threat.html

AnnaComnena · 20/02/2019 13:09

I don't suppose it's that easy. They'd have to get authorisation from whoever controls the territory and the camp, and while they may be willing to allow in accredited representatives of reputable news organisations, to demonstrate that the camp is well run, I doubt they'd let in just anyone who rocks up at the gate.

Xenia · 20/02/2019 13:12

I don't think she has been abandoned. She has a UK solicitor who is planning litigatoin and her famly seem to be in favour too. I bet the Dutch grandparents are very keen to have residence of the baby too.

I am not sure she is free to leave the camp however. I think they are people who were captured rather than just being a standard refugee camp.

Yabbers · 20/02/2019 13:16

why aren't they sending someone to visit her?
Because presumably doing so would risk having their own UK citizenship revoked.

suffragetteorsuffragist · 20/02/2019 13:16

Well, as the ISIS Warrior said herself when talking about the Manchester bomb, these things "cut both ways"

Now she is on her arse and if ISIS were on top, she would be out doing all sorts of shit, The only reason she's whining is because she is on the losing side.

I hope Syria put this ISIS Warrior on trial and punish her accordingly but not before she gives that baby back to its rightful mother.

I don't see Bangladesh running to her aid-sensible people!

Her family need to learn some shame.

brassbrass · 20/02/2019 13:22

Yes the solicitor is making noise here but doesn't sound like they've had much contact with her otherwise they might have advised her not to spout the crap she was spouting. Those interviews were a train wreck.

Hollowvictory · 20/02/2019 13:22

She hasn't 'been abandoned' she chose to leave UK of her own accord to become a jihadi and do some beheadings and killings because lolz its more fun than going to school. She abandoned her family and friends, they did abandon her. Now she's bored and feels sorry for herself. Not much stoning and raping going on for her to cheer on. Pathetic.

BejamNostalgia · 20/02/2019 13:25

I did like Amir Khan’s response to her. But when Amir Khan is able to the the moral high ground against you, you’re well and truly fucked

brassbrass · 20/02/2019 13:30

I don't mean abandoned in the feel sorry for her sense I mean that everyone's used her for their purposes and now she's fodder.

suffragetteorsuffragist · 20/02/2019 13:33

That, in her own words, cuts both ways too.

I imagine she's used people in horrific ways without a second thought or twinge of sympathy.

She is deserving of nothing except Syrian justice.

LordProfFekkoThePenguinPhD · 20/02/2019 13:34

I read a piece in the independent today written by someone who had a couple of family members twisted by osama bin Ladin. They are of the ‘let her rot where she is because she is beyond rehabilitation’ camp and pounted out that a massacre in Egypt was committed by ‘mended’ repatriated jihadis.

LordProfFekkoThePenguinPhD · 20/02/2019 13:36

I don’t know if Syrian justice is anything like Iraqi or Libyan justice. Look what happened to leather deposed dictators when the people go their hands on them.

suffragetteorsuffragist · 20/02/2019 13:38

So what!

She went to Syria to make the people there eat shit. They've caught her. Their turn.

Hollowvictory · 20/02/2019 13:40

She chose to go there! Why are people posting like she was forced to flee the UK? She had a good life in London but made the choice to fo and support killing people. Ffs

LordProfFekkoThePenguinPhD · 20/02/2019 13:42

I’ve met quite a few Syrians here and they loathe people like her with a passion. These twisted individuals marched into their country, with their rag tag army of little child brides and wanna be Rambo’s and murdered, stole, raped and terrorised them - poisoning the minds of some as they went along. I heard a radio interview where a son murdered his own mother because she hated them wanted to run away from the bastards but he wanted to stay - so he dragged her kntot he street and beheaded her.

MissEliza · 20/02/2019 15:06

I saw an interview done by ITN online, giving her reaction to the Home Office letter. She has absolutely no regret or remorse and she wants to stand by her terrorist husband. Unbelievable.

BertrandRussell · 20/02/2019 15:12

The Rotherham girls chose to be “prostitutes” too, I assume?

LordProfFekkoThePenguinPhD · 20/02/2019 15:12

She is reported in the news as saying she will go to Netherlands and wait for him get out of jail.
