am i being unresonable to expect my husband to prioritse his children over his relatives

I have been married for almost three years and have 2 DS's. recently my husband has said he no longer wants to financially support me as he wants to financially support his relatives. i have told him that its his responsibility to care for me and his children first and if he doesnt want to provide for us, its better for him to leave.

Are the children his? Are you a SAHM and that what he is objecting to? Why does his family suddenly need financial help? It's not right he just gets to dictate what's happening but more information is needed.

Is he saying he will no longer have any of his incoming finances going to joint mortgage, bills food etc because he will be paying for his relatives in some way? Or is it spare cash? Which relatives? Supporting them how?

More detail needed. How old are the kids? What was your plan when you had the kids (I'm assuming DH is their dad)? Was the expectation you would stay home indefinitely? What does he propose you do for money?

Does he mean that he will no longer be contributing to your household? Or is he trying to persuade you to increase your income? Who has been supporting his family until now? Does he live with you, or with them?
