AIBU to request a positive thread on Brexit?

Let's hear some positives about our coming freedom from the EU!

Thank you perverse, elfy thats awful, imagine how that must feel, poor polish family. A week before the vote, I was in London, dropped into a Costa and found the assistant in tears. She'd been spat at and insulted by some local halfwit telling her to go back home to Italy. I was shocked by how blatant it had been but I was in an area that has long nurtured the NF and its latter incarnations so I reassured her as best I could, suggested she ask the company to move her to a better area etc. I still had no idea what was coming. It didn't enter my head that such thundering doltish stupidity fuelled by ignorance and envy had spread like a virus and infected millions. I was slack jawed with horror at the result. I still am. Sorry to go on, its just so brain hurtingly insane, I can scarcely credit what's happening.
