...and how much exercise you got?

Very interested to hear what amount and type of food people's daily diet consists of,and whether it's obviously a lot more or less than I eat, or more nutritious or not.

I had a day without exercise so far, total consumption two slices of home-bake bread, a cup large mug of tea, and 2 x that of coffee.

Planning to eat a jacket pot for dinner now, with beans and a little grated cheese. Oh, and an orange for breakfast.

I am a few stone overweight, from Christmas excesses, but steadily losing it. (Not mentally, I mean weight!) Grin

Last night, bowl of mixed cereals with ss.milk

B. slice of h.made white buttered toast/marmalade. T.ss.milk
L. 1 x Cheese on white toast espresso ss.milk
Snak espresso ss.milk
D. Not hungry might go without.
Haven't moved from desk today :( will have to half a hour fast paced leg stretch soon!

Before I post..: I've had mon - Friday couch to 5k, 30 day squat, abs and plank challenge, Monday to Friday spin and weights for a month.

I've not ate more than 1500 calories daily. With the above.

Today I've had
10 cocktails
Cheese and tomato toastie (50% led fat)
10 giant prawns
Chips (a few)
Garlic bread (2 slices)
Two poached eggs on a muffin with hollandaose Sauce
Cookie dough Sunday
Two chicken skewers

Well, last nights dinner was a break from healthy to say the least.
One bag saltnvinegar crisps (large bag!)
Half bag twiglets
Pud. Mrs crumbles choc macaroons and pack of choc covered rice cakes!

Today:
B.toasted buttered thin slice white H.made bread with T ss.milk
L. Espresso ss.milk finished other half pack of twiglets, yumyum!

A plain Greek yoghurt with raspberries for breakfasts.
Spelt, roasted beetroot, spinach and pickled shallot salad for lunch.
Three wine gums.
An English muffin with poached egg, mushrooms and baked tomato for supper followed by cherries.
Walked about 6 miles.

Breakfast -Banana and an apple

Lunch - Veggie sushi and a packet of ‘Hippeas’ (crisps made from chickpeas)

Mid afternoon - cup of tea and packet of iced gems

Dinner - veggie chilli with rice followed by chopped fruit and low-fat ice cream

I’ve cleaned the flat but no formal exercise

No exercise, 3 packets of crisps, half a bag of peanuts, a slice of cake, a few grapes, steak pie for dinner and about 8 rich tea biscuits. Par for the course.
I have a shocking diet, am very slim so you wouldn’t know it but clearly am a case of type 2 diabetes waiting to happen.

2 mugs of tea with semi skimmed.

1 and a half white pitta breads with grilled cheddar and marmite.

1 mug white coffee.

A mintoe sweet.

Roast chicken, stuffing, roast potatoes, broccoli, carrots, peas, gravy.

Half a bottle Co-Op Orvieto.

Had a treat today..

breakfast cornflakes and some toast and marmalade.

Late afternoon family mean dining out in nice restaurant/lovely weather..
Starters nibbles,olives etc
Mains Scottish mussels in cream and garlic sauce/soup with a small bucket of frites on the side and artisan bread with butter,,yum :)

pud,, sticky toffee pud with butterscotch sauce and a blob of real ice cream..

B - porridge with brown sugar and milk and tea

L - avocado on toast, 2 poached eggs, latte

S - 1 small slice pizza and some beans at kids party

D - roast beef, roasted veg, potatoes

Away to have some chocolate and a Horlicks

Chunk of fresh coconut

Lunch - Courgette frittata, sesame oil dressed steamed beans, tomato salad
Coconut ‘yogurt ‘ and stewed rhubarb
Supper - Vegetable soup

Back on Slimming world this week

Long walk with the dog this AM as my exercise for the day

Banana for breakfast

Low fat sausage, sweet potato, spinach, egg and mushrooms for lunch

Pasta, 5% fat beef mince with tomatoes, peppers, spinach, mushrooms, onion and garlic, 30g of cheese with a big salad

2 squares of dark choc and lots of water!

So today I’ve not eaten as much as I usually do.
Cup of coffee banana and 2 slices of toast with cheese Houmous and Rocket
Cappuccino with iced almond pastry
Chip shop chips peas and a vegetable pie coffee and half a pack of biscuits
Large sharers packet of Thai seeet chilli crisps
Spinach onion olive and sun dried tomatoes omelette with 4 eggs and tinned spaghetti
The kids leftovers
A yoghurt
An apple
I’ve cream

No excercuze today but I’m a size 8 and go to the gym twice a week. Walk everywhere the rest of the time.

Breakfast: Fuel chocolate granola
A banana
Lunch: carrot and coriander soup, an apple, crisps
Yoghurt and a Welsh cake
Beans on toast (one round)
Bowl of Cheerios
Will have a cup of tea and some chocolate shortly, appetite is all over the place today.
