...and how much exercise you got?

Very interested to hear what amount and type of food people's daily diet consists of,and whether it's obviously a lot more or less than I eat, or more nutritious or not.

I had a day without exercise so far, total consumption two slices of home-bake bread, a cup large mug of tea, and 2 x that of coffee.

Planning to eat a jacket pot for dinner now, with beans and a little grated cheese. Oh, and an orange for breakfast.

I am a few stone overweight, from Christmas excesses, but steadily losing it. (Not mentally, I mean weight!) Grin

Monday

Fruit and ww fromage frais

Tin of soup

Peanut satay stir fry

White snickers (yum), ferrero rocher egg (tiny but again yum)

Today

Hot cross bun with reduced fat butter. Banana.

Grapes, ww protein bar

Wrap, bag quavers.

(Seems lots of snacking so far, was in work from 8 til 6.30 so needed snacks!)

Peanut satay stir fry (leftovers). 40g ww fruit gums, which taste just like wine gums

no breki, just coffee
Salmon fillet, spinach and brown rice for lunch
chicken breast and little bit of brown rice for dinner
But snacks 😬 I had a creme egg, a nature valley bar, and a packet of biltong
I did go to spin though! And walked the dogs. Hopefully better with snacks tomorrow...

Exercise- just running around after kids, and cleaning, but I am 6 months pregnant so growing a baby too!

Wednesday

2 slices buttered toast and a banana

4 protein cheese crackers and Philadelphia

Grilled chicken wrap with mayo, pot of fruit, sour cream lentil curls.

Handful ww wine gums

Homemade pizza, only had 3 small slices

Thursday

2 slices buttered toast and banana

Diet coke

Stir fry, bag or pufts , handful ww wine gums

Fibre one cake bar.

Tea was 2 slices leftover pizza. Bit of an upset last night so had some marshmallows and another cake bar! Am still within my allowance

Today-

Breakfast: Fage 0% yoghurt over grape nuts with squished frozen defrosted fruit on the top (low fat cheesecake Grin)

Cup of tea

Lunch: Chicken Caesar salad ready packed from Sainsbury's

Tea : will be homemade baked chips with a bowl of chilli followed by a couple of squares 85% dark chocolate.

Did 45 mins PT session and will aim for 10k steps over the day too.

Yesterday:

No breakfast
Lunch: 90g wholewheat spaghetti with domino for one tomato sauce with chicken and pepperoni stirred in with Parmesan on top
Dinner: spinach and ricotta "healthy" ready meal with veg
Snacks: 50g dark chocolate and a bueno Blush

L - steak pie with mushy peas & gravy
S - nuts
T - prawn curry with rice & samosas follwed by Orange Lindor chocolate bar

Drinks - a few glasses of cold water & a few cups of boiled water. May have a glass of wine this evening if I don't nod off too early 🍷

Ate nothing but crap all day.

Mcdonalds breakfast.
Large sausage roll from wrights pies
Hunters chicken from the pub
Carrot cake
Now drinking Shiraz

Mostly been sat on my backside. This is why I am fat.

Better tomorrow hopefully.

B: porridge with banana, apple, blackberries and hazelnuts.
S: beetroot tzatziki, cucumber and celery sticks.
L: leftover salads, crackers with butter, lychees.
S: blueberries, a chocolate I found when tidying a cupboard at work.
D: home made fish fingers, roasted vegetables.
Currently eating dark chocolate and drinking prosecco. Not too bad up until now but going downhill...

Double shot iced latte.
Piccolo.
Tea with milk.
Yoghurt with granola sprinkled on top.
Two slices fruit toast with LOTS of orange butter.
Cornetto.
Banana.
Courgette, olives, sun dried tomatoes, feta and almonds bake with brown rice.
Cheese and crackers.
Half a bottle of wine.

Still no exercise. 🤔

Mid afternoon: 2 slices of homemade mixed fruit loaf, raspberry yoghurt, Moser Roth chocolate, tea
D: macaroni cheese, garlic bread, salad

I'll probably have a hot chocolate or cup of tea and another chocolate soon. I'm 6 months pregnant and I'm sure baby is going through a growth spurt as I've been ravenous today!

Exercise : well its weekend so nipping around after the kids. Had a half-hour walk with DD, did5rhe mall with DS, supermarket etc.

Food :

2 eggs
Greek yog

Coffee
Water

4 slices turkey
Piece leftover chicken parma
Roasted cauliflower and broccoli
Big bowl lentil and veg soup

Tea

Dinner will be either sushi or roast chicken

No wine as slightly hungover today

D. (Forgot what it was supposed to be as been working and forgotten to be organised with meals!) Spinach and pine nuts ravioli with made from fresh tom and fresh basil sauce with parmesan shavings.
I don't know about pud yet, but I will think of something
