...and how much exercise you got?

Very interested to hear what amount and type of food people's daily diet consists of,and whether it's obviously a lot more or less than I eat, or more nutritious or not.

I had a day without exercise so far, total consumption two slices of home-bake bread, a cup large mug of tea, and 2 x that of coffee.

Planning to eat a jacket pot for dinner now, with beans and a little grated cheese. Oh, and an orange for breakfast.

I am a few stone overweight, from Christmas excesses, but steadily losing it. (Not mentally, I mean weight!) Grin

Assignment=No exercise

Crunchymum · 04/02/2019 16:36

D: 4 mini falafel, 2 mini wholemeal pitta, Greek salad (50g of feta) and humus

Chocolateheaven123 · 04/02/2019 16:55

Currently don't exercise much as I'm working, have a toddler and nearly in the third trimester with #2 so, most I manage is a stroll now and again.

Today has been rubbish food-wise but I had to be in work in 7 and not had a break. Plus I'm so tired as not sleeping much.
B: toast with jam, tea
L: threw down some curried parsnip soup during a less than 5 minute break at 11am Hmm
Snacks: banana, crisps, some small chocolates left over from Xmas at my mum's
Just had a bowl of granola
Will have something easy for tea: toast with beans or eggs, or an omelette. Don't feel like anything right now though.

Typical day for me is porridge or Weetabix with fruit for breakfast, soup or salad for lunch and a homemade dinner (spaghetti Bolognese, curry, casserole, etc). Looking to lose 2 stone after the baby is born.

NobodyKnowsTiddlyPom · 04/02/2019 23:02

Monday -

Toast

Satsuma

WW lamb tagine ready meal

Grapes, strawberries, pack of snack a jack's.

So far so good. Went on training course, agreed to go out in the van that evening. Which meant I had to get food in town and not have the planned omelette.

Dinner was a 6inch tikka sub on Italian bread ( healthy), then had a chocolate chunk cookie

In light of that, yesterday was much more restrained.

Banana on buttered toast

Half a tin of soup (didn't fancy it really and chucked the rest out). Bag of sour cream lentil curls, half a yogurt - again wasn't fancying it.

Had an appointment which involved 2 trains and 3 buses, during course of which I got hungry. Hadn't thought to bring fruit. Sustained self of water instead.

Was proper hungry by time I got home. Had Bolognese, with spaghetti and 30g EatLean cheese. It was the best meal ever.

Did fancy chocolate at midnight but went to bed instead. Drank loads of ice water
