...and how much exercise you got?

Very interested to hear what amount and type of food people's daily diet consists of,and whether it's obviously a lot more or less than I eat, or more nutritious or not.

I had a day without exercise so far, total consumption two slices of home-bake bread, a cup large mug of tea, and 2 x that of coffee.

Planning to eat a jacket pot for dinner now, with beans and a little grated cheese. Oh, and an orange for breakfast.

I am a few stone overweight, from Christmas excesses, but steadily losing it. (Not mentally, I mean weight!) Grin

B: granola, yoghurt and banana, slice of toast
L: tomato soup, some leftover chicken, grapes
D: ham in parsley sauce, chips l, carrots and peas

Snacks: chocolate and an orange.

Porridge for breakfast
Soup and bread for lunch with a yogurt
Home made pizza and salad for dinner
Snacked on fruit, rice cakes, a couple of biscuits and a bag of french fries

Walked about 30 minutes on the school run, and did a 20 minute run too.

D. Out at friends given duck breast,sautéd pot, barrelled honey glazed carrots, steamed tenderstem, in a very shiney red wine and orange gravy (he called it something else Grin ) pud crepes Suzette n pannacotta followed by dolcelatti, Stilton,garlic and chive soft cheese and rosemary/herb wafer biscs, one glass red.

Yesterday was...

Shredded, banana + honey, tea
Cheese and pickle sandwich, crisps
Thai green chicken curry and rice

Lots of chocolate as I was trying to get baby to move (had to go to hospital to get checked out)

Last night squeezed in a bowl of shreddies too! Hence not felt hungry today

X2 Weetabix, oatmilk and raisins
Tea

Salad and hummus, banana
Coffee

X2 take away pizza slices

Bag of mini cheddars
Tea

Spaghetti Bolognese with loads of cheese
Tea

Ice cream with sprinkles and sauce and wafers in
Hot chocolate

Climbed 20 flights of stairs twice over
Walked a brisk half hour doing laps round the village.
Does taking the kids swimming count as exercise??

Ha, yes, I wonder things like that as I go about my day too! It surely counts as steps though for those who step-count.

Breakfast - bran flakes with a cut up banana and semi skimmed milk.

Snack - apple.

Lunch - McDonald's chicken selects, fries, sprite zero and a cookie.

Dinner - small portion of homemade lasagna, lots of salad (lettuce, cucumber, peppers, tomatoes and beetroot).
Strawberries and raspberries.

I have walked quite a bit today, but not at a fast pace. No other exercise.

B - skyr, museli, blueberries, latte
L - cheese and cucumber roll, crisps, apple
S - snack pack nuts
S - 4 oatcakes, peanut butter and banana (before running club)
D - homemade fish and chips and peas, couple of glasses of alcohol free ALDI prosecco (33 cals a glass!).

Before I start let me just say I am pregnant and it is my birthday...

Breakfast: Two sugar waffles, natural yoghurt, blueberries and honey
Snack: sausage roll and a strawberry smoothie from school canteen
Lunch: chicken pie and mash with carrots, two French fancies and two glasses of schloer
Snack: cereal bar and a pear
Tea: meatballs and spaghetti, smallish portion followed by large slice of birthday cake and cream.
Supper?: cup of OJ, couple of roses chocolate and a babybel cheese.

Rest day today.

Rye porridge with berries and almond butter, half a banana
6 Werthers originals, I couldn't stop!
Half an avocado and some smoked mackerel in a salad
An actimel
Lentil dahl, flapjack, hot chocolate

Breakfast: Peanut butter sandwhich (I needed something quick because DS was grumpy with teething and leaving him for any period of time would have led to a meltdown)
Snack: Coffee and a digestive
Lunch: Butternut squash soup
Snack: Sprite Zero and an apple danish
Dinner: Pheasant and partridge casserole
Dessert: Flapjack and a clementine
Water throughout the day obviously.

I’m breastfeeding and I ran a half marathon yesterday, I’ve been bloody starving all day!

Chicken broccoli and egg white omelette.
3.5 litres of water
Carrot and swede, broccoli, sprouts, chicken, stuffing and peas.
Two massive mugs of camomile tea with a bit of Soya milk in and a sweetener
Strawberries and fat free Greek yoghurt with a meringue nest

B: yoghurt grapes and chia seeds
L: homemade soup and cooked chicken sandwich
It was the half chicken jerk chicken from Tesco nice for a sandwich filler
Il have my feta salad before I go home also
Lots of tea
D: will be chicken casserole I’m looking forward to it iv not had this version I’m making and I hope it turns into one of those things that’s nice and easy and can make every week..running out of ideas 💡

2 slices nimble bread toasted with cheese
Strawberries, 2x Mini Meringues, Skyr Yoghurt
Chilli con Carne with Rice
2 hifi bars and a curly wurly

3 litres of water and 2 teas

Wouldn’t usually eat so much chocolate in a typical day but was feeling like a treat after losing 2lb this week!
