...and how much exercise you got?

Very interested to hear what amount and type of food people's daily diet consists of,and whether it's obviously a lot more or less than I eat, or more nutritious or not.

I had a day without exercise so far, total consumption two slices of home-bake bread, a cup large mug of tea, and 2 x that of coffee.

Planning to eat a jacket pot for dinner now, with beans and a little grated cheese. Oh, and an orange for breakfast.

I am a few stone overweight, from Christmas excesses, but steadily losing it. (Not mentally, I mean weight!) Grin

Been getting much more exercise in! Get lift to work but have been stopping half a mile away and walking in. Also going for walks in lunch

Yesterday

Toast, banana

Grilled chicken wrap, quavers, pineapple, water.

Was on train most of the afternoon, doing paperwork for new job. For some reason trains make me eat more!

Chicken burger, g and t

Pack of chewits, some wine gums, galaxy chocolate and bag of wotsits! Did do 12000 steps though

Today

Lunch was a subway salad with lettuce, tomato, sweet corn and cucumber, with chicken breast and turkey slices, and light mayo

Diet coke

Nothing until tea (pretty stupid of me as was feeling light headed and funny, prob a bit dehydrated too)

Have had 2 big glasses fizzy water. Pasta bake with protein cheese.

Dessert fibre one cake batter, ww bourbon biscuit, bag of magic stars

Half apple

Roll with butter, a boiled egg and salad leaves

A biscuit
Hula hoops
Cereal bar

Chicken, potatoes, broccoli and cauliflower

Choc dessert

No exercise today other than a short walk (20 mins stroll) with DC

Yesterday:
B - granola, yoghurt and raspberries
L: 1/2 tin of Heinz Tomato soup, homemade waffle with ice cream and toffee sauce
D: roast pork, Yorkshires , cauliflower cheese, peas, carrots, roast potatoes and gravy
Had a cup of tea and small chocolate before bed.

L. Madagascan crevettes in fresh lemon and chilli, trad.haggis neeps n tatties, fruit bowl with cream, Stilton n red wine.espresso ss.milk
D. Banana, thin slice h.made bread with cheese espresso ss.milk half a mango, slice cantaloupe. Glass of red.
3 tsp sugar
A yummy day
Two half hour fast walks
One hour walk.

Breakfast black coffee and stewed rhubarb with Greek yoghurt
Lunch black coffee and 2 tangerines
Dinner prawn stir fry and Chinese sticky beef
Dried apricots, pecans and dark chocolate
Gin n diet tonic

No exercise as ususal!

So far today: small glass pineapple juice, cup of tea and 0% greek yogurt with honey and strawberries, packet of mini cheddars, 1/2 packet fruit pastilles, 1/2 cup of coffee with milk and candarel, bottle of still water, mexican bean wrap from co-op and bag of malteasers--- the hname! Dinner is cauliflower cheese , baked beans and a jacket potato

@smotheroffive I did promise to come back when I’d had my baby! He was a stubborn little boy and kept me waiting until 42 weeks.

He eventually made an appearance on the 2nd of February.
