She's pregnant?!! Using all those chemicals?!! Fucking hell.

I have a couple friends who regularly tell me I
should follow her - I love a clean home. But I think her feed is dreadful, not only the chemicals but the decor and stories. I don't understand her following at all. On top of that unlike some
great accounts about the same topic, she doesn't actually teach you to clean or organize. I can't see what the viewer/reader gets from her account. And the chemicals!!!!

Lynsey queen of clean does a good story from time to time about the safe uses of chemicals including how to properly use zoflora, she seems much more savvy, socially aware and personable!

Wow how can u all be so bothered about what she does with her life!?😳 typical women never supports each other instead of moaning about someone else's life why not go and clean your houses i bet alot of u on here don't clean your house so u wanna be hating on that poor woman! Cleaning products has been around for generations never heard anyone dying from using them so glad i'm bot surrounded by miserable jealous women like u lot!

If you put yourself out there on your quest to be instafamous you can't really be surprised when people comment on what your shilling, both good and bad.
Mixing cleaning products is dangerous, you'd have to be living under a rock not to know that, when people have pointed this out before though the "hinch army" go into full rage mode. Hmm
Her fans are honestly a bit cult like! Any vague critismism and you get a bunch of frothing posts along the lines of "you're all just jealous bitches?!?!?! Sitting in your unclean houses".
Stop sniffing the zoflora.

It does just all smack of trying to reinvent the wheel. Everyone wants to be famous without actually doing anything - I could dress up like Tina Tuner, lip synch to Tina Turner... But I'm damn sure I still wouldn't be her 😁

I am sure she will survive funny how people moaning about cleaning products but not about smokers 😷 🚬 yall are really sad making a post about Mrs Hinch as if cleaning products will ever stop being invented there is only so much vinegar water and bicarbonate and soda can do when it comes to germs there are alot of people on instagram who cleans like her but no one bashing them she seems more successful so u all start with the jealousy typical women! What else will u all start to moan about? 😂

@Kayrenice What product has she invented then? I must have missed it.

I started following her, but we don't have Zoflora here and everything seems to hinge (hinch??) on that.

And the second time she said 'hello my Hinchers / I've just hinched this corner of the living room' I had to unfollow for fear of death by cringing.

It's all so take-your-husband's-name (where would she be without it?), domesticated (cleaning is not fun - it never will be), that I'm left wondering if we've vortexed back into the 20th Century. Odd.

Sorry for not being 'supportive' and 'lifting women up', etc.

It definitely does seem like a regression. My DGM was a business manager at 23yrs old, 70yrs ago. She left when she married and had a baby (as was the done thing at the time). Her manager landed on the doorstep 6mth later with a bunch of flowers, a hefty pay raise, and the offer of paying childcare if she'd return to work (definitely not the done thing!). She took up the offer and haggled a deal that suited her well. That's my version of an inspirational independent young woman, not someone mixing Flash and Dettol and tucking their dog into a spare bed.

You can bet your bottom dollar she hasn't got many men stockpiling cleaning products, and desperately shining up sinks.

Instead they laughing, because suddenly, out of nowhere, they don't have to do any of the tedious shit.

What a win for them.

Oh dear me, if you're going to accuse her "screechy followers" of not being able to use full stops correctly, it would help your case a little bit if you were able to construct a sentence properly yourself! Grin

Try again maybe in English this time?! Grin

Aww @BBTHREE76 don’t let the shine be taken off!

There is no ultimate standard of beauty or good taste. As long as YOU love your house, that’s all that matters. The all-grey trend isn’t to my taste, but who cares? I don’t live there! And plenty of people would find my very brightly coloured house tasteless.

Enjoy what you chose because it’s what you love - that’s the only thing that matters.

It's all so take your husband's name - where would she be without it?

Erm... it IS her name, and your argument doesn't really make sense.... I mean, it's not like she's piggying off the back of his name, is it, as he's not famous in his own right.
Oh, unless you mean you've got a problem with women in general if they don't conform to your view of what a woman should or shouldn't be doing?
That'd make more sense. Wouldn't make it better, but it'd make more sense as to what your problem is with her.

@GlitterStick she was using Hinch before she was married.
I see it as a step back for women's freedoms and what we've worked so hard to achieve.
How many male hinchers are there?
It's all very stepford wives and whilst there are many women who are saying she has helped them, there are probably many more, who like me now feel bad about their own homes / level of cleanliness and organisation because of her.
I had to unfollow her for that reason.
I work 42 hours a week and have 2 kids and a dog. What she portrays is unrealistic and so so wasteful. Even the way she throws those cotton pads into the wax burners... wipes flung everywhere and pine disinfectant into an already pristine toilet.
Queen of clean or TOMM are much more realistic.
I'll never understand they hype / attraction..

And before you accuse me of jealousy, I too had my dream wedding / honeymoon. Am married to the man of my dreams and have beautiful children. Well paid secure jobs and a supportive family 🙄

See, this is where people differ. You see realistic, I see boring as hell.
You follow what's right for you.

First of all let’s put this to bed ... im not jumping on the bandwagon so to speak, I’m not one of ‘her people’ as some may think I’m an individual, I have my own mind, I don’t fit in the crowd and I simply have no desire too. So now we have got that out the way I want to talk about ‘Mrs Hinch’ I have recently been following her and I have to say I find her stories inspiring, funny, useful and I love to finish my day at WORK (yes because I do work) and take 5 mins of my day smiling to myself over her stories. Who cares if Mrs hinch calls her duster Dave, her mop Vera and her cloth Kermit?? Its funny!! Perhaps for those of you who seemed to follow suit and form an opinion her and don’t like the amount of cleaning products she buys perhaps you should buy yourself a sense of humour next time your at the supermarket rather than the supersize bar of chocolate to sit on your arse slating someone over social media. Let’s be honest most of you on here I simply jealous of the life she leads .. if we were true to ourselves who wouldn’t want to be beautiful inside and out like she is, have a beautiful home, a good looking hubby, a large social media following, and a book and baby on the way. If we could all make money from social media if we could we would do it and if you are someone who says you wouldn’t perhaps you need to get a mirror and look a liar in the face. Isn’t this site called ‘mumsnet’? She is a mum to be you should all be ashamed of yourselves taking about someone this way being many mums yourselves. I thought women were meant to empower other women not drag them down? Seems to me most of you are the people that need to get a life not Mrs hinch.

Over and out!!

I was thinking about this the other day. Ridiculous amount of cleaning products, all those chemicals going into the water system, and all the plastic packaging. I think it's a really bad thing to be encouraging in this day and age. I'd have a lot more respect if she was promoting natural cleaning products and methods e.g. White vinegar etc. Anyone can read the instructions on the back of a Zoflora bottle. The only reason she promotes the products is because she makes money from it. I really don't understand her popularity.
