Depends on you.
As you've got a baby, I expect you're probably cleaning up quite a lot around/under them daily anyhow, but at a rough estimate, I'd say daily sweeping, twice weekly mopping and vacuuming every other day, taking into account small children are likely to spend a lot of their time playing, crawling or sitting on the floor.
Because we have space to hang towels up on the banister to dry immediately they're used, they get washed by the third use, normally - unless they've ended up on the floor and got soggy, when they go into the machine straight away rather than risk the smelly, damp towel smell. Always a hot wash and no fabric conditioner.
If you have a pet, I'd say vacuum and quickly mop daily to keep the fluff and dirt/germs down a bit.
Change the bed linen weekly (hot wash). It just feels so much nicer to always have a clean and fresh bed, whether you're five or fifty five (or any other age). When you strip the bed, I'd suggest vacuuming the mattress to keep dust mites down.
Bathroom gets cleaned (loo wiped, sink and bath/shower sprayed/wiped over) quickly each day.
Every month, I'd suggest you make a point of a deep clean of the kitchen and bathroom. Because you've been keeping on top of it all, it won't be anywhere near as hard as if you don't bother and then have to get a month's worth of grime off the floor/the countertop/behind the loo.
And if this sounds all too much like hard work, just get your cleaner back. I wouldn't begrudge it and would use the two hours to do something fun like going swimming.
