To me it looked like he said "Stupid woman", but because a lot of people were doing pantomime type jeering at the time, he probably thought it would be plausible to claim that the second word was "people". Anyway, he called her a liar last week, but that didn't seem to bother anyone much.
TBH I couldn't get angry about it, I was too busy laughing at the time. But the trouble is, the way our MPs are behaving at the moment makes our government look like a total joke, at a time when we need them to work together and get the best deal possible from the EU.
TM is not perfect, and has made some stupid mistakes, but I think she's trying her best to get a deal done with the EU to avoid the uncertainty of crashing out with no deal. There are 27 countries united against the UK, so it was never going to be an easy task, which is why so many others couldn't leave fast enough when they got the chance. TM has shown more balls than many of the men who slunk away, not willing to man up and take the job on. I don't hate Corbyn, but I hate the way he and others are more intent on scoring points against TM, than they are on doing what's best for the country - namely, working together to get the best deal possible.
