I will answer the same questions over and over on this subject. I have no problem with doing that. Do you know why? Because I have a coherent argument that I can back up when subjected to further questioning. I don't need to tell people that I 'answered the question on another thread' or 'at the beginning of the thread'. I will answer those questions again and again. Because I can.

I wonder what would happen if a notorious prisoner tried to use this loophole? Not talking about anyone specific but one of the ‘household names’ ones? Someone everyone has heard of.,

On the one hand, I can’t see it being allowed because public opinion would be so strong. But on the other hand, am I to believe that it’s just the degree of notoriety that’s stopping it? Because it’s certainly not the safety of women prisoners stopping it/not stopping it. The White case showed us that.

If that’s the case ereshkigal then surely the prison service realise that the system will be abused - and abused in high volume. Any man can transfer on a say so.

There arent that many places in women’s jails - because women commit less crime. There may not even be space to accoodate all these men.

Surely the prison service have this on their radar?
