VerbeenaBeeks · 10/12/2018 21:13

nicknack seeing as eresh is usually on these threads early hours/ all hours all day every day, why is it just aimed at me?
Because you don't like all of what I'm saying?

Ereshkigal · 10/12/2018 21:14

There would have to be. Public outcry would surely force it.

It would be very great, but if they don't put in any checks and balances how could they legally justify under human rights act?

littlbrowndog · 10/12/2018 21:14

Happy with derail ?

littlbrowndog · 10/12/2018 21:14

Still going

Ereshkigal · 10/12/2018 21:15

Surely the prison service have this on their radar?

You would hope so, wouldn't you? It depends who's making the decisions I guess.

littlbrowndog · 10/12/2018 21:15

Asking if you happy with derail ?

VerbeenaBeeks · 10/12/2018 21:16

And if self ID goes through, would there be any legal recourse to stop it?

There would have to be. Public outcry would surely force it

I agree. I think public outcry would be massive too (rightly) so they should have to stop it

littlbrowndog · 10/12/2018 21:16

Asking again

Bowlofbabelfish · 10/12/2018 21:16

I wish I agreed. Really :/ but I’m not confident it would.

Isn’t there a CEDAW document on the importance of single sex prisons?

Datun · 10/12/2018 21:17

There arent that many places in women’s jails - because women commit less crime. There may not even be space to accoodate all these men.

Ireland has it that only those with a GRC before entering prison get to the female estate. So no transitioning after the event.

You'd also have to automatically exclude transvestites/AGP.

And have separate showering schedules. And single cells.

Ereshkigal · 10/12/2018 21:17

No I'm not confident either, Bowl.

Bowlofbabelfish · 10/12/2018 21:18

Asking again

I'm agreeing with Datun's post, I do actually agree with a lot you all say but nobody wants to see that, do they.

Ereshkigal · 10/12/2018 21:19

Indeed Angry

Bowlofbabelfish · 10/12/2018 21:19

So effectively a separated population datun

That can be done in the Male estate then.

Ereshkigal · 10/12/2018 21:20

You'd also have to automatically exclude transvestites/AGP.

Given that the big trans organisations don't make any distinction it's difficult to see how you could.

littlbrowndog · 10/12/2018 21:21

Nopes I asked you if you were happy with the way u derailed this thread so much that the original meaning has been lost
That is what I aske£ you
On this most sensitiv3 of threads
Are you happy with the way you derailed the thread ?

R0wantrees · 10/12/2018 21:23

Examples of males in UK who identify as transwomen / women and have been convicted of crimes.

transcrimeuk.com/

Should the police record these crimes as being committed by females?

Should the courts insist of the use of 'preferred pronouns, eg compell witmesses?

Should any of these males if in receipt of a custodial sentance be placed in the female estate?

Does the impact this has on their victims, female prisoners, female prison staff & police officers, meaningful data collection, free press, crime prevention and women (all adult human females) count for anything?

Datun · 10/12/2018 21:24

Karen White was a massive shock to me. Really huge.

I could barely believe it. As was Karen Jones being asked to speak at the Houses of Parliament.

The shuddering, mind blowing realisation that the women victims are nothing absolutely nothing, other than an inhuman prop in the narrative of both the predatory men and the authorities who grovellingly facilitate them.

VerbeenaBeeks · 10/12/2018 21:25

Are you happy with the way you derailed the thread ?

That'd be the people asking me the same questions over again. Blame them.
Am I not supposed to answer them? As it seems you can't win whatever you do.
You answer - you get stop it or you're answering wrong.
Don't answer - a relentless will you answer? and lots of nah, she won't answer, no point.

Can't win.

Datun · 10/12/2018 21:25

So effectively a separated population datun

Precisely.

littlbrowndog · 10/12/2018 21:29

You can win
Just start to use brain instead of derailing.
Read listen read
But the derailing is relentless
Jus5 ask yourself why then read back thread
Not about agreein* it’s about using brain
Or if not agreeing put up vali£ argument which I yet to see from yo7

Ereshkigal · 10/12/2018 21:31

I know Angry they're the canary in the coal mine for all women. No one gives a fuck.

I think we know the answer there. And people like nonexistentFox might have cared if only we were sufficiently humble and nice in asking.
