Who? As I said I'm not in favour of free for all self ID. Doesn't mean I don't accept any transwomen at all though like some.

They put men before women. The fact that transwomen are treated so differently to real women speaks to this also.
Mediocre transwomen with nothing to say are listened to above clever, talented real women proving quite clearly that people see transwomen as men and accord them due status and deference.
Women prisoners - well who cares frankly?

Verbeena I linked to a thread to illustrate the point that you had been asked to show that we thought all transwomen were evil (or something) and you hadn't managed to link any posts on a thread where you were previously asked for links.

Conclusion: nobody has said anything of the sort. On that thread or any other thread. In other words, you're lying. If you think I'm wrong, go on, post the links.

i think your position is illogical to a point where the cognitive dissonance must actually be painful, but off you go

here's the thing though - I completely understand that all transwomen are men. And while I accept them (what ever that means), I don't want them in single sex spaces with me,, same as I wouldn't want any man

and when it comes to consent, no trumps yes. you can't consent for me

so transwomen do not belong in women's single sex spaces

I take it that you cannot answer why NH and KW are not women then. Not surprised.

And I imagine it was sooty who reported me as she did not like me pointing out her transphobia in not 'accepting' KW as a woman. I pointed it out very politely tbf.

If someone has committed violent offences particularly against vulnerable people it is vital to minimise the risk they pose to others.

I'm still getting hung up on whether this is considered a solution?

64% of women prisoners have been subject to sexual assault/abuse.

Do we, at least, give them a single sex wing? What about those who have learning difficulties? Or disabilities? Or the elderly?

Once we remove those, are we considering that 'the rest' should be fine showering/bedding down with men? There are 84000 men in prison and 5000 women. They women will be outnumbered seventeen to one.

But that's ok, yes?

Just heard an interesting snip of a radio show about people with personality disorders.

One woman thought she was Jesus - actually Jesus. She even re-enacted the last supper with pieces of lamb. She said that she yelled at a poor woman in church to get out of her wheelchair and walk, then wandered off as she left her lying on the floor - so wrapped up in her belief that she was Jesus that she didn’t really acknowledge other people. I remember reading about a syndrome where people believe they are made of glass.

Interesting, huh?

I would like to see specific facilities for trans people. More than a third of prisons have more than one trans person in them now.

Men as a group pose a risk to women and we cannot tell which ones will not pose a risk to women - therefore, allowing any of them into women's spaces is a risk to those women. It also compromises their privacy, which seems to matter very little to some people.

Not sure what the issue is. Ruth Hunt‘s Stonewall advocates acceptance without exception, politicians agree, TWAW, case closed and all, you don‘t need to cut your dick off to get a GRC and the political consensus is self-ID anyway. And given that dead naming is unacceptable, Ian Huntley simply disappears, together with his crimes.

All that will be left is Nicola, in a woman‘s prison - not sure why she‘s in prison, though. But anyway.

If Nicola rapes a woman in prison it will be a woman‘s crime in the stats. The one thing I am not sure about is, whether it will be a rape. Can a woman‘s penis rape?

You realise this is an international, worldwide board, right? Could have been absolutely anyone on the planet.
MN does well trying to balance a discussion between important self ID concerns and trans issues, (ha, I sound a suck up, don't care but they do lol)

Not true - some mods will delete anything someone complains about. This is often evidenced by the deletion being undeleted when the poster argues the case.
