To ask how much you really drink?

I've been a bit miserable and found myself drinking more lately on an evening. Having noticed I've decided to really cut back but it got me wondering how much people really drink on a standard evening infront of the tv?

I drink two bottles of prosecco on a fri or sat evening every week. I don’t ever drink during the week.
