We don't, I'm assuming (hoping) that poster was taking the piss in response to the emotional blackmailing posts that always crop up on these threads.

My in laws often drop in on a Saturday morning when I’m having a lie in, DH is an earlier riser so when I wander downstairs at 10.00 in my pyjamas I’m a little embarrassed but I still don’t get changed. Just sit and have a cuppa with them. I used to lie that I’d not slept well or just had a bath but I don’t bother anymore 😆

Tbh I prefer people just popping in as they can take us as we are and I can’t run around tidying up.
