The whole active thread list is always taken up by tons of trans bashing threads. How is it acceptable? Anything relating to anyone transgender is bashed. If this was against another minority of people, race, sexuality, religion it would be taken down and reported as hate crime. I don’t understand how the feminism board makes it acceptable?

It seems from the very small sample pool here that those with the more "extreme" reactions follow this on twitter?

I don’t follow this on twitter - I have an account but never use it (I can’t ‘do’ twitter at all - I am useless at it) but I do see things from Twitter that get shared here or FB

Verbeena, despite appearances, I don't live on MN, so I can't say that no one has ever actually been abusive to you for not agreeing that Transwomen are not women, but I'm comparing what I have seen, which is women sometimes getting very angry about deeply personal things like hysterectomies and infertility being used like props to back up the personal identities of male bodied people, with the times I have been called an abusive witch for not agreeing with my daughter that she is, in fact, a son, or told that social services should be taking a close look at me etc. I even had some threats using sexual language at one point. If you've had any of that from a GC feminist I'd be very, very shocked indeed.

Sometimes people miss stuff, sometimes people just dont think to post and sometimes there are technical issues

Earlier in the thread people were being told off for not coming onto threads and berating posters

Your posts have shown that sometimes these things are 'missed' for a variety of reasons

The reason for it? I pointed out that Graham Lineham isn’t a radical feminist and that he also isn’t trans exclusionary, unless we’re talking about sex segregated spaces like refuges etc.
