Following on from 'Chicken nugget-gate' on the other thread 😉 and the popularity of the "What did you eat today" thread. I have to ask...

DonaldDucksTowel · 16/11/2018 17:38

How old is your DS bumblebee?
Just wondering whether you’re commenting about his diet a couple of times was maybe a roundabout way of you looking for any tips or advice?
Just tell me to keep my beak out if not Grin

Vampiratequeen · 16/11/2018 17:39

Breakfast
Bottle of milk
1 slice of toast

Lunch
Grapes
Cheese
Organix rice crackers
Bottle of milk

Then had another bottle of milk before his nap and a couple more rice crackers and some water when he woke up.

Tea
Half a battered fish from the chippy
Some chips
A petit filous
Bottle of milk

And then he will have another bottle of milk before bed.

bumblebee39 · 16/11/2018 17:42

@DonaldDucksTowel I did actual consider making a post about it. He's 16 months and used to eat much better but is just fighting any "real" foods. I'm hoping nursery and perseverance will help...

bumblebee39 · 16/11/2018 17:42

Writing it on here makes me more aware of it which is a start I suppose...

DonaldDucksTowel · 16/11/2018 17:53

We’ve had a bit of a funny day today after baby waking up at 5am so her naps were all off and then nursery giving DS food that he’s intolerant too (😤 but that’s a whole other thread) and him having diarrhoea this afternoon and me having to do damage limitation with his food so today they’ve had -

9 month old -
5am - 6oz formula
B - baby porridge with mushed banana
9am-ish - 7oz formula
10:30ish (brunch?) - toast & yoghurt
L - half a savoury pouch and a full fruit one
1:30ish - 7oz formula
D - roasted butternut squash, sweet potato and broccoli mush & 1/2 banana
Bedtime (very soon!) - will have 7oz formula

3 year old:
B - weetabix with cows milk (shouldn’t have had!)
L - broccoli & cauliflower cheese (shouldn’t have had!) with garlic bread and apple crumble & custard (shouldn’t have had!!!)
S - toast & banana
D - dry pasta & cucumber sticks & a little fruit pot
Will possibly have some oat milk before bed

DonaldDucksTowel · 16/11/2018 17:56

It’s so hard isn’t it bumblebee I went through hell with my eldests eating (or not eating!) habits and he’s recently been diagnosed with Sensory Processing Disorder which explains a lot!

DonaldDucksTowel · 16/11/2018 17:58

Forgot to add if you are struggling and do start a thread I have had some brilliant advice on here about eating Smile

HalfBloodPrincess · 16/11/2018 18:01

Dinner: a mini chicken breast, a hard boiled egg, some parsnip purée, another yogurt (no hidden porridge this time), half a rich tea biscuit (stolen from me)

JudasPrudy · 27/11/2018 23:31

18 months

Breakfast: Ready Brek (spoonfed him this while he watched TV Blush) and a satsuma

Lunch: fish fingers, waffles and peas

Snack: buttered scotch pancake

Dinner: vegetable rice and a sausage which I'm pretty sure the dog ate 90% of. Raspberries.

Bottle of milk morning and night.

masktaster · 02/12/2018 18:05

Nearly 18mo-

Breakfast - scrambled egg and toast. Ate all the egg, left most of the toast
Second breakfast (aka, steal bits of daddy's breakfast) - a couple of spoonfuls of porridge and some satsuma segments
Dinner - Noodles and vegetables (mushroom, pepper, carrots, peas). Mostly uneaten
Snack - malted milk biscuit
Tea - two bowls of assorted cereal (I think some combination of bitesize shredded wheat, cornflakes, special flakes, shreddies and rice crispies), a satsuma

Been a bit of a milk fiend today, and a little off his food, wonder if he's teething and/or a little under the weather.

Givemeyourbunsandyourbiscuits · 06/12/2018 15:50

WitBeyondMeasure · 15/12/2018 00:34

Youngest who's been home all day had porridge, two satsumas, half a slice of toast.
Then whatever she managed to canoodle our of her dad while I was out.
Lunch - very late as she woke up late was two yogurts and cucumber.
Then about an hour and a half later she had fish with mash and peas.
She's two soon.

My five year old boy ate the above but about double the quantity with a school dinner thrown in too. He's hollow!
