I've not name-changed. I'm an intermittent poster. There are occasional parking problems in my street and I don't loathe my MIL.

AIBU?

Gin no she put Coke in their baby bottles which they had till they were 5 and dipped their dummies in golden syrup.

She's also said she's a fan of coloured tinsel, shake n vac and woolly skirted dollies on her toilet roll.

thighofrelief · 13/10/2018 21:15

OP could you draw us a picture of yourself please. I just can't decide otherwise.

Meripenopause · 13/10/2018 21:18

You'd rock a pixie cut.

BikeTart · 13/10/2018 21:36

Book yourself a free half hour with a SHL OP. That'll show the cheeky, grabby bastards.

ChasingGhosts · 13/10/2018 21:43

I manage to sustain myself on a handful of lentils and half an apricot a day.

No wonder this country has an obesity problem.

thighofrelief · 13/10/2018 21:50

Ghosts what a gannet! I have a small sip of tepid water for breakfast and look at an organic lime. For dinner i re apply my lipstick.

MustDust · 13/10/2018 21:53

CircleofWillis · 13/10/2018 21:53

Yeah I'm pretty sure I can see a line, OP.

MustDust · 13/10/2018 21:54

Well that didn't work. This takes the piss. I'm de-regging.

Whitecurrants · 13/10/2018 21:57

POPCORN! Don't want to read and run but my neighbour just knocked a hole through my living room wall and looked through it funny and my bridesmaids are revolting.

Mehaveit · 13/10/2018 22:03

There are £1 million townhouses in my town which are only as wide as the length of their cars. If you can afford to live in one of those OP quite frankly you've lost my Labour supporting, demonstration marching, Corbyn aficionadoing vote for Fred ov da Yr

Have you tried a penis beaker?

The nanny ate all the organic chicken I'd planned for supper. Can I eat her?

AnneOfCleavage · 13/10/2018 22:19

Don't take it out on the nanny OP. I'd blame Brexit myself!

QuaterMiss · 13/10/2018 22:20

Was the nanny organic OP?

2018SoFarSoGreat · 13/10/2018 22:21

Oh I'm so glad I found this thread again.

I have a chicken emergency. I know I could feed 17 people for a wee on a five pound bird. That make was perfect sense. My problem is we are a family of two. And a cat, of course. Husband likes to cook organic turkey for the cat. He is a rescue cat so it is critical that he is shown how much we love him and that we will not return him. Abandonment issues abound. Anyway, I digress. What should we have for dinner?

Before you accuse me of drip feeding, I should point out that I'm a vegetarian.

thighofrelief · 13/10/2018 22:26

2018 a small banana 🍌

GoingToInfinity · 13/10/2018 22:28

@thighofrelief that's so greedy. I couldn't possibly mange more than half of one. Do you often binge eat?

Resurgam2016 · 13/10/2018 22:31

Is food really the issue here @GoingToInfinity?
I think @thighofrelief is spending too much time on netmums

OP posts:
GoingToInfinity · 13/10/2018 22:34

@Resurgam2016 yes perhaps. We should be gentle though, she might have MH or SN we're not aware of. I'd hate to make her uncomfortable.

GoingToInfinity · 13/10/2018 22:35

@thighofrelief oh no, I'm so sorry, I've assumed your gender. I'm not transphobic I'm sorry!

Resurgam2016 · 13/10/2018 22:39

I should play Mumsnettington Crescent more often

Will nobody jump all over me for the typos in my post? My feelings are so hurt. I feel invisible.

OP I've given you all the support and this is how I get treated. Well that's it for me. I'm out.

Wait. Do I really have to flounce now?
