To ask what weird smells other people like?

My fella thinks I'm weird because I like to go in the garden and smell the damp wood on the shed.
If we are in the petrol station I open my passenger door and inhale as deep as I can which he says is embarrassing because I do it so obviously.
I love the smell of the pink stuff that car bumpers are patched up with aswell.
Also dogs when they've been in the rain.

Don't know how he can talk and say I'm a freak when he sits and enjoys the smell of his own farts.

Anyone else like weird smells that other people would find strange or just me?

Wood smoke in the early autumn air

Horses and also the smell of a tack room. That smell of leather and horse mixed is just the best.

It's sweet and i just love the smell 😲

When its early summer and you go out early in the morning, the mixture of grass, dew and sunlight smells just amazing.

The gunpowder smell when a firework has just gone off.

The whiff of bitter orange when you open a jar of Frank Cooper's marmalade. Some other marmalades have a good smell, but Frank Cooper's is the best.

Can't believe I'm gonna say this but - my own wee. Only when fresh though.

It always smells sweet (no I'm not diabetic).

Oh yeah, and besides my own wee, I like that weird smell that comes from ladybirds.

Of course I also like creosote/tarmac, warm printing machines, glossy magazines, and a bunch of other stuff people have said, but I thought I'd bring something new to the list.

Don't worry glittery stuff most people like the smell of their own farts 😂 that's just as bad.

We have a roll of disposable tourniquets in work. They are blue rubber and smell like heaven.
Also, saddle soap and polo mints being eaten by a horse. I can't stand the sound of chewing but I don't mind a horse with a polo

I love the smell of the train station. Not sure what it is but it's like a mixture of bleach and rubber.
I love new carpets too.

The inside of a garden shed: a smell of timber mixing with faint old garden scents (grass clippings on the lawnmower, earth on garden tools) and the general scent of dust, dryness and stillness.

That Polytar shampoo for people with eczema and psoriasis. I was prescribed it when I had scalp acne as a teenager and I absolutely loved the smell - think it's coal tar or something.

Back in pre digital photography days, the smell of new film when I opened the canister it came in.
