WTAF!? What the fuck is wrong with people, this is absolutely disgusting how can people do such things?? This breaks my heart so much. Poor innocent helpless babies/children, why, just WHY!

I was watching tv 'this morning' today... a interview came on about a man who had been looking at indecent images. He got a 2 year suspended sentence?? This is indirect ABUSE.. it's still ABUSE whether it's indirect or direct! A suspended sentence is a fucking joke

This kind of crime needs a more severe punishment! Bring back capital punishment for these crimes! There are a lot of monsters in this world

His picture came up in my fb earlier which is also frustrating and the psni are all over fb asking people not to share his details or it could be thrown out of court! He could potentially walk free if a judge deems he won't get a fair trial because of people sharing his details on social media. (No way to get an untainted jury).
I would hope people on MN had more sense but please don't share any info

Absolutely heart breaking for the family. Disgusting excuse for a human being that could do this. What ever jail sentence he gets will never ever be long enough.

Just awful. I saw this earlier and was thinking about that poor baby as I put my 8 month old to bed. How on earth do these people live with the pain they inflict on these innocent babies. Just beyond belief.

In relation to the case OP posted (sorry OP sort of hijacked a little) i wish we would bring back the death penalty. None of this 'an eye for an eye & the city is blind' bullshit, you abuse a child, facilitate it or encourage it by sourcing material, you should hang.

We put dogs to sleep for hurting kids. They at least have the 'excuse' or reasoning of instinct & lack of understanding like humans do.

Exactly. In a large majority of dog attacks on children there is a reason that has been missed...illness or injury in the dog, being terrorised by the child & it being ignored, being startled & reacting. A dog can only go on its instincts.

There is absolutely no excuse on this earth for abusing, allowing or encouraging child abuse.

@Pissedoffdotcom I think they mean in regards with this case, it's hard to take to trial if it becomes known who the offender is before it's even gone to court

@Pissedoffdotcom totally agree with you. It's happening more and more now a days. Will it ever stop will bring the death penalty back not at least reduce the crime along with getting rid of the offenders!

As not only a pregnant mother but a human being I find it extremely to process the fact that this bastards intent is anything other than pure unfiltered evil.

What i mean is.. I don't understand, or fully believe, that this crime is motivated by sexual attraction or an 'urge' to fulfill sexual gratification. How can it be? It's a baby? Can people really be attracted to babies in this way? It is something way beyond my comprehension

It is my belief that he intended to cause the maximum absolute harm imaginable just short of outright murdering the poor little sweetheart, because he is an evil cunt who wants to harm the Innocent in the grossest possible way he can think of.

I didn't see your comment, but maybe it got confused with this case perhaps and rather than risk any confusion it was just removed as a precaution ?

I remember a thread whereby someone said the death penalty is more expensive overall because of the length of time needed to allow appeals etc. Plus what if that person is innocent...

I'm very black & white about this. As in our local case, the bloke had 10000 images on his personal computer...far too many to claim 'accidental download'. He was also present in several. That's it, all chance of appeal lost. Take them out the back of the court & shoot them.

Other crimes with shadow of doubt etc then okay i concede the death penalty could be a bad thing
