Isn't hetero anal sex alot more common now and young women are being coerced into it because of things like porn. Of course that carries health implications. In more mature relationships maybe, but I don't think it's good to normalise it.

I do worry about the pressure on young people to do anal the way they do in porn. However, I doubt teens are going to go on Layla and look through the anniversary card section, come across this card then decide they should have anal.

As for it not being natural? I'm not sure putting genitals in your mouth is 'natural'. I'm not sure nature designed our mouths and genitals to go together, but they do and that is perfectly acceptable to the majority of people.
