Proper Walnut Whips with a walnut in the bottom as well as on top.

vampirethriller · 02/08/2018 23:37

Right that's me off to Asda for pretzel flipz thank youGrin

Starlight345 · 02/08/2018 23:38

Does anyone remember spook biscuits . There was yellow peril and other. Full of colourings from what I remember

YouCantStopTheSignal · 02/08/2018 23:41

Fat Frogs were good but Mr T ice lollies were the best.

vampirethriller · 02/08/2018 23:43

@MipMipMip Calippo Shots? I've seen them this week in Fulton's!

cheesemongery · 02/08/2018 23:50

Fruit polos

Still available, bought some for DD not long back, both forgot about them. I ended up necking them at work in the hope of disguising my hangover booze breath - check me out all fruity and fresh, no need for breath mints here! Grin

Gutted about Sara Lee - that was always a special occasion go to in our house.
Do Findus minced beef crispy pancakes taste worse now they've removed the horse meat?! Loved those.

I had some fish n chips 'crisps' recently - the ones that came in the newspaper packaging. They were horrible!

Vice versas

Sunpat cheese spread!! It was bright orange and I loved it

MadMumToThree · 03/08/2018 01:36

Kinzel Cakes and Weekend Chocolates. Also Lord Toffingham I cream creams. Lovely big chunk of toffee in the middle.

ClandestineAdulation · 03/08/2018 01:57

I’m so grateful for this thread!

It reminded me of two things that I thought I’d made up because no one remembers them!

These Mr Men ‘jelly’ ice lollies, and also, chocolate Werthers!

Please tell me someone else remembers them?!

Pink Panther chocolate bars, I loved those. School dinners, I loved the beetroot in jelly and caramel slice. Gutted to hear angel delight butterscotch not around. Neapolitans were magic. Autonomy sandwich biscuits and Vesta dried meals, especially dosh Bol. Brobably lethal with colours andbpresetvatives, but oh, so good.

Justinonmybroomstick · 03/08/2018 04:42

It’s amazing how Cremola Foam comes up in these threads every single time.

IamReginaFalange · 03/08/2018 08:06

Sosamix and Vegemix, a kind of powered vege burger you could add water and an egg to and fry. You could make it without egg if you wanted, this was about 20 years ago so not many vegans around so it was ahead of its time Grin
Also Hippamottomousse a strawberry flavoured mousse with hippos on the packet. So yummy.

IamReginaFalange · 03/08/2018 08:07

Also Pryamints, chocolate pyramids filled with mint. One day I ate a few too many and when I was sick it smelled of mint but I think I would still eat one now.

TitsalinaBumSquash · 03/08/2018 08:09

I miss proper minced beef Findus crispy pancakes. I brought some when I was pregnant and was so disappointed at how they'd changed.

IamReginaFalange · 03/08/2018 08:10

Another thing I miss is for a short time McDonalds did wotsit flavour chips. They were amazing.

TitsalinaBumSquash · 03/08/2018 08:11

Oh! Also the Onken yoghurts with the tot in the middle (I think they were space themed?) and on the note of yoghurts, Fiendish Feet! They were awesome, decorated like monsters.

Ansumpasty · 03/08/2018 08:16

School chicken supreme.

Those perfectly square, grey pieces of dry ‘chicken’ in the creamy sauce were just so tasty.

Frosty6611 · 03/08/2018 08:41

Skyejuly · 03/08/2018 09:12

Frufoo yoghurt

Chocolate worthers

Mr men jelly lollies!

White Pringles omg lush

Spira

Double deck Cadbury

Beano chewing gum.

PhaedrasChocolate · 03/08/2018 09:26

Does anyone remember Vampire lollies? I think that's what they were called. It was like a rubbery red jelly type lolly with chocolate on the top half I think. They were lush!

Inmyvestandpants · 03/08/2018 16:26

WHAM! and Gorgo bars (chewy slabs of chewy goop with bits of fizzy grit in them) - or Highland Toffee (same dimensions, but toffee not goop). They were always my choice to spend my locker 10p in the machine after swimming on a Saturday morning.

I have very vivid and happy memories of getting a bag of Piglets from the Co-op on my way home from playschool with Mum. They were potato puffs, in the shape of little fat piglets and were bacon flavour - but I am the only person in the world who remembers them.

DoctorTwo · 03/08/2018 17:06

Swisskit. Cabana bars. Texan bars.

DarlingNikita · 03/08/2018 18:39

I miss Romany biscuits.

And Piglets! Inmy, you are not alone. I loved them. I used to stand them up in a line on the arm of my chair.

vampirethriller · 03/08/2018 18:44

And Munch Bunch yogurts! They had names like Sally Strawberry and Charlie Chocolate.
I loved Pyramints. There was a TV ad with a mummy having his bandages whisked off to reveal a handsome man if I remember rightly?
