To wear this dress to a wedding??

I've got a wedding next month, I've bought this dress but my sil says it's so much and I'll look a bit twatty?

If you saw me wearing this at a wedding what you think it was terrible? Or is it fine to wear for a wedding?

Definitely OTT. It's a ball gown. Too attention grabbing for someone else's big day. Let the bride's dress be the most noticeable, not yours.

If you wore that to a West African wedding, you’d be considered underdressed! Personally, I think it’s fine.

even liverpool has toned it down a bit now on the frockage (hair and makeup remain extra)

It's done I've got this one needs taking up a it but otherwise it's perfect and doesn't clash with bridesmaids colours. Going with simple shoes, makes up and etc etc

It's nice but not very summery! Maybe in winter time it would look more acceptable. I agree its a bit too ott for a wedding. But if you like it fo for it!
