I'm here in a blanket in the south west in a 3 story Edwardian and it's cloudy.

I've felt other heatwaves but this one doesn't even register tbh

Can you put ice cubes in the fish tank and move it to a back room?

33° here and we have a 50% chance of thunderstorms. 33° forecast for tomorrow as well.

So it is currently 31 degrees, thundering like crazy and the sky is full of black clouds but so far we have only managed about 10 drops of rain!

33 here - I’ve got a fan blowing into the Guinea pig hutch, and frozen bottles of water in socks that they snuggle up against!

The only thing I can do without breaking into a sweat is sewing

I’m on Notts/Derbyshire border and it’s currently 34 degrees. The sun isn’t actually out either, it’s quite cloudy and humid and horrid. God knows what the temp would be if the sun were out full blast.

Here, it’s been hot nearly every day since Mid June but even before that it was mostly boiling, with the odd day when it cooled down. Since early May I reckon.

I’m going on holiday to Skye next month and I’m praying it’s raining and cool.

Its 27 here its bloody boiling. This part of scotland isnt used to this much heat and no rain

I'm in the South West too and I've had to stop working in my garden office and it's too damn hot even with all the windows, door open and a fan going!!

West Midlands. 31°c here, definitely hot. I work nights, it's hot and humid then as well.

I feel sorry for the road maintenance people and anyone else having to work outside wearing protective clothing.
