Yes, I have NC'd for this. Blush

Anyone else getting irritated by constant irritation due to the heat? The sweat causes 'paper cuts' and it stings when I have a bath etc.

Roll on autumn!!!

PositiveVibez · 24/07/2018 19:08

I wear pantyliners and I don't get fanny paper cuts and seem to be okay.

My forehead, temples and underboob though. Jesus.

I'm sure dome slim people sweat sometimes too Gorgon 🙄

PositiveVibez · 24/07/2018 19:08

*some

GorgonLondon · 24/07/2018 19:10

That's why I asked the question Positive , I'm interested to know the answer. No need for sarky emojis

crunchtime · 24/07/2018 19:11

right-so get out of the shoer, dry off and then have a splash of baby powder in the underboob area and then apply spray on anti antiperspirant. Works like a dream.

and these long kniickers are ideal chub rub p[reventers

they're cotton so loads more comfy than wearing ctcling shorts

Ihavenoideaatall · 24/07/2018 19:11

Don't want to turn this into one of those threads but are you hairy or bare down there?

bigKiteFlying · 24/07/2018 19:11

Oh, and chub rub too, formwhich I have failed to find any workable solution

There have been several thread full of possible solutions - I found these
Boyshort Yoga Bike Shorts they are working well for me but there are apparently load of products and tips out there.

Cornflour under the boobs - like talc because we had a packet in needing using up - has stopped my underboob getting hot and sore even with underwire bras which give me best support- best solution I've found so far.

Not had the Op problem yet though only have cotton pants/shorts and I am living in long cotton skirts.

rainbowstardrops · 24/07/2018 19:13

Panty liners in your bra???? Who'd have thunk it Grin

70isaLimitNotaTarget · 24/07/2018 19:13

I have discovered PitRok, my armpits are mountainstream fresh Grin

The rest of me though is taking up the slack.
I use Asda Little Angels liquid talc on my underboob

theycallmebabydriver · 24/07/2018 19:14

😂😂 @thisneverendingsummer - you beat me to it!

Leesa65 · 24/07/2018 19:15

No but , like PPs, underneath the boobs sweats

WhentheDealGoesDown · 24/07/2018 19:16

I get a very sweaty face and armpits, most embarrassing but nothing is as bad as the wet patch that was on DHs side of the bed last night, it was like he had wet himself

Caroian · 24/07/2018 19:16

BodyGlide is my solution for chub rub - and any other kind of rub! It works to stop flip-flops causing blisters, bra straps rubbing etc. It isn't that cheap in the UK, but a stick lasts ages - a little goes a really long way.

cloudyweewee · 24/07/2018 19:16

I hear you, OP. I'm going through at least 3 pairs of knickers per day!

NoelHeadbands · 24/07/2018 19:17

Don't want to turn this into one of those threads but are you hairy or bare down there?

Shouldn’t you, like, take her out to dinner or something first?

susurration · 24/07/2018 19:17

I may have said to my husband the other week that I didn't know whether my period had started or I just had a sweaty vagina...

Ansumpasty · 24/07/2018 19:17

No (ouch!?) but I did have to wear a sanitary towel the other day and walk around a heat-trap of a charity fair in a pair of jeans and that was foul.

Soggy sanny

Caroian · 24/07/2018 19:18

Oh, and Mitchum Gel under the boobs, on the back and behind the knees! Have not had any sweaty boob issues since using it.

Mybabystolemysanity · 24/07/2018 19:18

It's horrible. I had a baby three weeks ago so stitches and bleeding plus piles from first birth. I am minging and miserable.

speakout · 24/07/2018 19:18

I don't get any of this either.

I did live in the tropics for a while.
I usually wore a loose light cotton skirt with no knickers.

Maximum ventilation!

RiverTam · 24/07/2018 19:20

bigkite I know, I’ve read them all! Got sloggi long pants, which are very long so no good for anything above the knee, and also increase sweaty groin and are just basically boiling hot. Also long skirts tend to cling to the shorts. So pretty how, fess all round.
Bandelettes - nope, not working, I need them as high as you can go and they then roll down at the back under my arse.
Talc - works for approximately 3 minutes then the sweat comes through again.

Loose cotton clothing is all very well but how does that work with regards to a bra and pants? Bras are by definition not meant to be loose, and pants? Are we meant to wear bloomers? Where can I get some?!

pinkhorse · 24/07/2018 19:21

I don't get any of this! How on earth are you getting papercuts?

Spookyspoonmcginty · 24/07/2018 19:22

Glad it's not just me!

Mooey89 · 24/07/2018 19:23

Anti persperant roll on between your legs will stop chub rub!

Ihavenoideaatall · 24/07/2018 19:24

@NoelHeadbands I thought that was how it's done on the Internet!? 😂
