It might be worth contacting your doctor and asking for a cream with fusidic acid in it. It sounds like you have a fungal infection that is causing your skin to make small little 'tears' because the moisture is getting trapped in places like the tops of your legs where the leg meets the groin and infection is growing because of the extra heat and moisture from the sweat?

Another sweaty vulva here. It is weird as I don't sweat much elsewhere. Bought some cheap cotton pants. Very thin material and am carrying couple of spare on my bag.

Odaban is a pump spray I bought pack of 2 for a tenner on amazon last year still using it you don’t need much I spray a few sprays on cotton wool then dab it all over my face

My face used to be sweating like mad until I started using odaban, it’s brilliant takes a few days to kick in, dab it over my face at night completely stopped my face dripping everyday, can be used on other parts of body too good for under bust

I've just needed to move fast- well faster than a sloth like crawl- and am now beaded with sweat all over my face. Lovely. You know those very graceful African ladies who do everything at a stately pace? I'm going to try and emulate them.
