Depends how exposed (no pun intended) the garden was. I can’t see into my neighbours gardens, wouldn’t bother me at all.

If it was an unfenced garden that everyone could see into I’d just think they were a bit attention seeking.

Wouldn’t bother me tbh. Being the owner both of a pair of boobs and an arse, I can’t get that worked up seeing someone else’s in their own, private property.

If it was mostly or fully private so that I wasn't getting a glimpse every time I was in my garden I'd think it was fine, if the fence was only 3 ft high I'd not be impressed.

Well if your neighbour has a problem with it then it is because they can see it and you really shouldn't be doing it.

In that case no it wouldn’t bother me. You’d have to be deliberately looking out of the windows to see, so no problem for me.

If it was an overlooked garden I'd assume they were attention seeking.

Some posters are over reacting. It's fine to Sunday's topless in your own garden. This place is crazy sometimes. The other day, a woman saw her neighbours shagging in their front room and loads of people were saying it was fine

I am happy to sunbathe in a bikini in my garden but if you go topless then I would worry that someone might take a photo from an upstairs window if your garden is overlooked. So I wouldn’t do that. I wouldn’t care if I looked out and saw a neighbour doing it, but I think the prevalence of smartphones and creeps means it isn’t advisable. There have been threads on here about revolting men taking photos round the pool on holiday (and posters on here who have defended them!)

Why would you want to, when you know both sets of neighbours may be getting an eyeful at the windows?
You can, in the sense that it's perfectly legal; just a bit odd that you'd want to in those circumstances.

No YANBU it's Summer, it's your garden, it's your body, it's your business. Go for it. Life is tooooooo short worrying about the neighbours seeing your arse or tits. Enjoy yourself.
