DH just gone away for three days, otherwise he would talk me down I’m sure. But right now it’s just me and the DC and I’ve opened DDs room to discover this.... nest? Chrysalis? It’s about 5cm x 3cm. Help!

It's a chunk of poo

Ancientmummyofwooooos · 20/06/2018 19:01

I so need to see what this is- if you are in the north east, can i come round and get it with a glass and a card? 😁

StylishMummy · 20/06/2018 19:02

You need an exorcist and a flame thrower

Yerroblemom1923 · 20/06/2018 19:02

WE need to know the result of this!

DrFoxtrot · 20/06/2018 19:03

Are you in Lancashire Grin I want to see it in real life

jollyoldsoul · 20/06/2018 19:03

I'm willing to bet my soul that it's a snail.

Tinkobell · 20/06/2018 19:04

Its a little batty awww! Perhaps a little pipistrel with a cute vampire face all cutely folded up with fear and bewilderment at its scary pink surroundings.

Lovemusic33 · 20/06/2018 19:04

Wish OP would say where she lives so one of us could go over and poke it Grin

Waiting to find out what it is.

LeighaJ · 20/06/2018 19:04

Can someone screenshot or download and attach the second pic, I can't see it? I want to send them to a family member who does pest control.

tastylancs · 20/06/2018 19:05

Ok this is another angle - I’m wondering whether I’m coming round to snail. There is something black at the top now which maybe wasn’t there before.

Briefly considered poking but I’m in charge of DC so if I fall over in horror we are all a bit stuck. Just done 999 practice with DD just in case.

intheloop12 · 20/06/2018 19:05

Bluelonerose · 20/06/2018 19:05

justcheese · 20/06/2018 19:06

You know the rules.

You post. You poke.

LeighaJ · 20/06/2018 19:06

I don't know why I can only see the first pic. :/

speakout · 20/06/2018 19:07

Just do it op.

PippilottaLongstocking · 20/06/2018 19:07

Looks like a snail to me too

tastylancs · 20/06/2018 19:07

We are in Cumbria. Rural. My imagination is running wild.

GlassSuppers · 20/06/2018 19:07

I'm still thinking it's a snail.
Could you spray it with a bit of water and see if it comes out?

MizCracker · 20/06/2018 19:07

I can only see the first photo - not the second or third.

I’m horrified for you OP. Was it not there this morning? How long did it take to appear?

PippilottaLongstocking · 20/06/2018 19:07

Although I can only see the first photo

Loyaultemelie · 20/06/2018 19:08

It's a snail! (Albeit a rather ugly one) NOW POKE IT!

Laiste · 20/06/2018 19:08

I can only see the first photo! Angry

GrumbleBumble · 20/06/2018 19:08

Snail! You can see the edge of the frilly foot at the top of the photo
