I have not stopped laughing, crying and grinning since I read that, my family think I'm a loon. I'm sorry, I know it was a serious post on lots of different levels.. but... oh my god I keep laughing uncontrollably. I haven't had a chance to read the whole thread so was it a typo or did it actually happen? I just can't stop laughing!

I’ve been in agony all day and that thread made me cry. Like proper belly laugh tears down my face snorting with laughter. My dc took ages to get to sleep cause I sat there pissing myself laughing.

I have ibs too. I’ve never got so angry I’ve farted. I’ve got pain and ran and almost shat myself, but never so cross that I snapped and farted

FrozenMargarita17 · 14/06/2018 23:17

I just can't believe someone would write that in all seriousness which just made it even funnier!

titsbumfannythelot · 14/06/2018 23:17

I just tried to change my username to several variations of snap and fart. All taken. Boo

SheGotBetteDavisEyes · 14/06/2018 23:17

I would think it's a sadder life where you can't admit to yourself that farts are funny tbh

Some people really, really don't finds farts in the least bit hilarious. I really doubt that a fart joke would have many of my friends and family choking with the witty brilliance of it. They laugh at completely different things.

Fart jokes are like Mrs Brown's Boys; some people (as seen on this thread) choke on coffee/wake babies/throw themselves on the floor with mirth at the mention of the word 'fart.' Other people find it as funny as heartburn.

We all laugh at different things. You must know that?

happysnappysandwich · 14/06/2018 23:18

OMG Martial Sharts, I'm literally dying here!!

BunnyTeapot · 14/06/2018 23:18

Hahahahahahhaha I didn't realise it was from IBS I assumed a typo 😂😂 oh it gets better!!!

Sashkin · 14/06/2018 23:21

I didn’t realise what the OP’s name was either, so I thought her DP was just randomly shouting the word “dog” at her in the middle of the night as well. Made complete sense when you remember that her dog had told him to piss off earlier. I will join Kaytee over with the pigeons.

It was a hilariously weird thread.

Pebblespony · 14/06/2018 23:22

The poster who thought the BF was waking up in the middle of the night shouting about a dog and then another poster saying " that's her name, you pigeon". I nearly died.

Pebblespony · 14/06/2018 23:23

Sorry, cross post!

JovialNickname · 14/06/2018 23:35

I too thought it was a typo, I thought she meant snapped and shouted! Farting with anger and righteous indignation is way better

Pebblespony · 14/06/2018 23:37

I still think it was a typo but the mistake wasn't admitted. Has to be. Some people can't say they're wrong.

KatieKittens · 14/06/2018 23:38

Ah, the dog bit now makes sense. I hadn’t noticed that it was her username either Blush Still can’t get over snapped and farted! Grin

BlameItOnTheBoomBoom · 14/06/2018 23:39

I don't find the fart on its own particularly funny, I don't generally find farts that funny, toilet humour doesn't appeal to me.

But the contextual irrelevance of the fart is funny... why did we need to know that not only did she snap (normal)... but she farted too (funny and weird to tell people which makes it funnier)

ILikeyourHairyHands · 14/06/2018 23:46

Are you really all finding it this funny?

It's not even mildly amusing...

PavlovianLunge · 14/06/2018 23:50

I agree with HairyHands. And the OP of that particular thread comes across as a pretty unpleasant, rather than a comedy genius.

Moneyissue2 · 14/06/2018 23:59

Agree with op, the fart and toilet humour in general I don’t find funny, it’s the contextual irrelevance. You said it so much better than me.

BlackShutters · 15/06/2018 00:01

I stopped reading the OP when it got to the part about the karate instructor and the little girl crap. I skipped to the comments and I was like wait, what? So I went back and read the whole thing.

I didn't actually spit my tea out but I did cry a little bit.

BlackShutters · 15/06/2018 00:02

So yanbu OP

73kittycat73 · 15/06/2018 00:50

I’ve never got so angry I’ve farted.

I didn’t realise what the OP’s name was either, so I thought her DP was just randomly shouting the word “dog” at her in the middle of the night as well.

Grin Grin Grin

BoiledFrog · 15/06/2018 00:59

Oh god this isn't going to be the new darked on is it? Neither are funny.

Bring back Olympic horses

GinPink · 15/06/2018 01:23

I've laughed so much I think the post cured my PND Grin

Mountainsoutofmolehills · 15/06/2018 01:28

It wasn't so funny that i needed to move my lips.....

SoupDragon · 15/06/2018 07:33

I have no issue with toilet humour and can happily cry with laughter at stupid, childish things. This, however, simply was none of those things.

I agree that the boyfriend isn’t the one who comes out looking bad in this.

justanothernamechange94 · 15/06/2018 07:41

I was on the tube and I was absolutely hysterical, to the point I snorted (farted). Some lovely ladies who had been to see Ed Sheeran started laughing with me and saying his 'laughing is contagious' and then asked what I was laughing at. How the hell could I tell them I was laughing at snapped and farted?! 😂😂

NotACleverName · 15/06/2018 07:45

OMG!!! It was sooo funny that I literally pmsl then spat the sleeping baby all over my monitor!!!
