to laugh at snapped and farted

I have not stopped laughing, crying and grinning since I read that, my family think I'm a loon. I'm sorry, I know it was a serious post on lots of different levels.. but... oh my god I keep laughing uncontrollably. I haven't had a chance to read the whole thread so was it a typo or did it actually happen? I just can't stop laughing!

I did one genuine lol at snapped and farted but did a whole hearted belly laugh when she described the cafe scene

Threat of fine for taking 5yo ds out of school (3 days) for wedding. It has been categorised as 'unauthorised holiday'. I would like to point out to school it was NOT a holiday! As a family we have a moral duty to witness and support the wedding and marriage of close family member etc. Anyone has any experience of this?

I laughed for about half an hour! It actually made my day, I was laughing and crying my eyes out. Brilliant

This was the day of 'snapped and farted' and 'is it weird to blow your nose on a leaf?'

To be honest I burst out laughing too, it was one of those double take moments. What made it funnier was she seemed to indicate it wasn't a typo. 🤣🤣🤣

It made m laugh in a way that led my six yr old to ask if I was ok! Think I nearly snapped and farted too. Now I know it wasn’t a typo but an essential detail it’s making me laugh even more!

BetteDavis looks like it's just us I might have mustered a faint smile early on, but 400 posts of people spitting tea everywhere / getting looks from DH / waking their baby/dog/goat up laughing has left me a bit bewildered.

Plus DDog has just snapped and darted, and can assure you THAT is no laughing matter.

YANBU it came out of nowhere in a quite serious post about her poor boyfriend and horrible sexist karate instructor.
