Aibu to think people just pretend to like Oreos

What's to like about them? They look like chocolate but don't taste like chocolate, they are dry, rubbish for dunking. I don't get it.

It’s the salty taste I love about them (note - I hate salt on anything so have no idea why I like Oreos so much)

Anything American chocolate related is vile IMO.
I have never understood why anyone would like Oreos. I said this very thing to DH yesterday when he tried to fob me off with one when I really wanted cake.

I really like them. I like the non sweetness of the chocolate biscuits. Actually I'd just eat that part without the filling quite happily.

Also like those weird coffee ones you used to get in those biscuit selection tins.
