Royal wedding outfits (because they are the best bit!)

Without being bitchy about actual physical attributes, who looked great and who didn't quite make the grade?

I thought the bride's mother's outfit was lovely. Amal Clooney's yellow dress looked fab. Pippa Middleton's dress was v pretty. I liked Victoria beckham's too. Some lovely hats here:

But Eugenie and Beatrice bless them both seem to have gone for quite unflattering dresses in my personal opinion. They are young, slim, pretty, have lovely shiny hair and have an unlimited budget - how do they manage to get the dresses wrong?!

Apologies if this has been said already, James Blunt's wife is Sofia Wellesley Granddaughter of the Duke of Wellington, James was her plus one.

Pippa definitely needs a new bra.

@Mrsmadevans Yes, she was in dark blue - short-sleeved full-skirted dress and a wide-brimmed hat. She may not have her mother's looks but she's inherited her elegance. Princess Margaret remained glamorous well into later life.

Idris Elbas wifes outfit was hideous....who in gods name wears a long naff cardi to a wedding??
Not keen on Victoria Beckhams either...too plain and didnt like the sleeves...didnt like the dress with the huge white collar either.

l thought Amal Clooney looked stunning. Very elegant and very Joan Crawford! My favourite was Priyanka Chopra's beautiful Vivienne Westwood suit. lncredible tailoring, and a gorgeous colour.

LOVE serena's evening dress, she looks beautiful

I thought Meghan’s dress was lovely for her. It was elegant and classic.
Kate looked lovely. Fergie surprisingly looked really good.
My favourites ; Earl Spencer’s wife Karen and his daughter Kitty
Idris Elba’s fiancee Sabrina.
Suits stars Gabriel Macht’s wife Jacinda looked alright as well.
I didn’t like Princess Beatrice’s outfit.
Pippa needed to wear a better fitting bra.
Like Pippa, Delfina Blaquier needed to wear a better fitting bra and the cut of her dress emphasised her long boney feet which looked rather unattractive.

If I was going to a royal wedding I think I would definitely show my mum the outfit I was wearing.
Why Judy Finnegan didn’t tell Chloe she needed her shoulders covered in church is beyond me......

Kate has worn her chiffon lemon coat 3 times before including Charlotte’s christening.....

Hated what Eugenie wore. High necks are flattering on no one with boobs and who are short.

I really liked the queen's outfit. The colours were lovely.

Looked on line and Meghan is wearing Stella McCartney evening dress and it’s lovely! I know nothing about fashion , but she looks great.

@SirVixofVixHall yes, the Queen and especially Princess Margaret looked lovely back in the day.

Watching the highlights and remembering how relieved I was that when the archbishop asked about impediments, none of Meghan's rellies burst into the chapel shouting about fake fairy tales.
