These swimsuits seem popular all of a sudden, and women have no problem getting their bums out at swimming pools or public beaches.

I personally think they're too much and I don't want to see anyone's bum cheeks. I probably sound jealous or like an old lady, but even if I had the body of a supermodel I wouldn't wear it. I feel embarrassed with a small hint of cleavage!

They're also not very flattering, even on the most attractive bodies. I just think they look cheap and tacky and I wonder when it became acceptable to wear something so revealing in public. AIBU?

On a slightly different note, aren't they painful, rubbing aganst your anus? And tranferral of fecal matter from the anus to the vagina is a proven health risk. They are utterly hideous. Please just don't delude yourself.

Thongs are supposed to sit lightly in between your bum cheeks but not actually go inside your bum. You dont wedge them up between your bum cheeks!! And they wouldnt go up there unless you are wearing one several sizes too small!

When a size 10/12, I'm now a 14, I went shopping in Italy for some clothes. Nothing fitted me. I was considered too large.

The fashion for cut off shorts is causing an epidemic of bum under-cleavage. I think it's when people do DIY cut offs and misjudge the length.

I think it looks like it would be uncomfortable when you sit down (bus seat fabric is horribly scratchy through a thin skirt/trousers anyway).

There is enough buffing, ripping and exfoliating to be done with a 1920s swimsuit in the house. The thought of buffing and ripping from all areas of front and back lady garden fills me with fear. I also have a spot/boil on one of my not so small arse cheeks which will now take all summer to disappear.

But if the concensus is that you are all quite happy to see a couple of stray pubic hair or a 70s bush worth , a giant arse and a big zit in your face I'll order one on Amazon now 😜😁
