....asks someone to remove Kay Burley or at least lob a shoe at her head from her labour suite?

OP posts:

“ The royals are playing the game as much as the media“ of course they are. Like that farce of a christening with the silver cross pram like a scene from a tv programme made for the American market and the children dressed like ghosts of kids from the 1940s.

PolkadotsAndMoonbeams · 24/04/2018 00:36

I’m not sure hoovering your womb would help that much — there’s effectively a wound about the size of a dinner plate where the placenta detached.

I think the baby started crying and that’s why she wanted to go back in.

blackteasplease · 24/04/2018 00:41

Hoovering the womb??? Wtf is that? Surely she just had a nice big pad under the loose fitting dress?

I assumed they went back inside to.make sure the baby was put in the car seat properly without everyone watching them do It! That's why they go back inside at all every time rather than just waltzing off with the baby.

FirstOfHerName · 24/04/2018 07:41

Going back to the OP, I'd never actually heard what Kay Burley sounded like until yesterday. Good god, what an irritating woman!

dementedma · 24/04/2018 07:58

why does it bother people how the royals dress their kids?
They're not your kids so it's got fuck all to do with you

MachineBee · 24/04/2018 08:04

I had very easy births of my two but had to stay in for other reasons. I could have walked out and posed for photos within hours, but glad I didn’t have to.

I don’t have an army of staff to help at home, but did have a lot of family who came to help and I didn’t have to any cooking or cleaning for several weeks either.

MrsJayy · 24/04/2018 09:50

Have we clarified hoovering the womb cos i would really like to know what that is about Shock

AgathaRaisonDetra · 24/04/2018 09:52

Yes, and do they use a Dyson or a GTec?

MrsJayy · 24/04/2018 09:53

The little Royals are dressed formally like their parents people would be talking about these kids if they were wearing paw patrol T-shirts and joggers/leggings what the hell are these kids meant to wear

LaurieMarlow · 24/04/2018 09:58

and the children dressed like ghosts of kids from the 1940s.

biscuitraider · 24/04/2018 11:53

what the hell are these kids meant to wear
Just normal nice clothes?

RoseWhiteTips · 24/04/2018 11:58

Thank goodness the Royal children are not dressed in mini football kits or glittery, princess’s dresses.

RoseWhiteTips · 24/04/2018 11:58

...princessy

RoseWhiteTips · 24/04/2018 11:59

Their clothes are normal and nice.

JessieMcJessie · 24/04/2018 12:05

I wonder how they explain to Charlotte when she watches a load of Disney and says “Mummy I want to be a Princess”....well darling, as luck would have it...

RoseWhiteTips · 24/04/2018 12:06

Haha!🙂

JessieMcJessie · 24/04/2018 12:07

And how funny would it be if William came home of an evening and greeted her with a gruff “ ‘Ello Princess!”

VanillaSugar · 24/04/2018 13:28

Or “Who’s Daddy’s Little Princess?” Grin

StrangeAndUnusual · 24/04/2018 13:44

Would love to know what you ladies who had natural deliveries think. Would you have been able to stroll outside, holding new baby, within about 5 hours of delivery?

  • Yes, I had 3 natural deliveries in 4 years. I was walking around straight after the birth, went home within about 6 hours, cooked dinner, put toddlers to bed. I am not in the least a superwoman, giving birth is just something my body manages ok. Though I looked considerably worse than Kate, it has to be said.

Strange I bet you'd have looked just as good if you'd had a team of stylists tending to you for hours before emerging down the hospital steps. Smile

The80sweregreat · 24/04/2018 20:52

The stylist sees the babies before anyone else does. I wonder if she is allowed a quick cuddle or straight on with the curling tongs/ make up?

Ojoj1974 · 24/04/2018 21:16

I think Kate's pretty amazing to be able to walk out of hospital looking so radiant. Even if I had an Army of beauticians I would still have looked a total disaster!!

biscuitraider · 24/04/2018 21:28

Nah most women could manage to look good if they were arsed.

AthenaAshton · 24/04/2018 21:28

Not in the slightest bit interested in the Royal Family, but my DC wore clothes v similar to the older two Middleton/Windsor children. They looked very nice, too.
