To think the Beckham kids are never off a plane or go to school ?

I mean seriously- they appear to be such frequent flyers esp transatlantic. The whole clan en masse in NYC /LA or wherever. I mean how do they cope with the jet lag and attend school full time. It appears so cleverly packaged the celebrity extended family. Also cant link but todays pictures of VB wearing a baby pink stripy curtain. She looks so dead pan all the time and unhappy
Wish she would just ditch the sunglasses !

Probably private tutors.

Callamia · 04/03/2018 23:36

Relax! My husband saw DB with one of them in school uniform last year. So one of them went to school at least once.

overnightangel · 04/03/2018 23:37

Aye they’re gonna be fucked if they don’t get decent gcse results

greenbeansqueen · 04/03/2018 23:39

Your concern is touching but I think they’ll work it out!

DalekDalekDalek · 04/03/2018 23:43

And? Confused

😂

Yes, that Saturday job in Tesco's is going to be so out of their reach. Poor buggers.

Ivebeenaroundtheblock · 05/03/2018 02:17

Probably a private jet with beds.

manilaIce · 05/03/2018 02:24

I know a few children with this level of wealth / travel / disruption in their lives.

One girl who excelled throughout prep school and left for secondary last year always had a teacher with her. If home ed evangelists talk about what can be achieved at home, think how that can work with unlimited funds and a qualified teacher. She was also enrolled in several excellent schools so if she was going to be in one country for longer than a week or two she'd attend.

Jet lag is less of an issue when you fly business so I'd imagine it isn't at all in the even better classes. Private cars and going to your own property (not a hotel) also makes it easier, I suspect.

TheButterflyOfTheStorms · 05/03/2018 02:25

I worked somewhere high-end a few years ago and lots of people had dealings with them. Unfailingly nice and down to earth was the review. They come across badly but in RL, seem decent sorts.

What you mean Brooklyn's photography career isn't based on his exam results??? Mind blown Wink

EachandEveryone · 05/03/2018 02:42

My friend has served met them many times. Feed back is that the children are impeccably mannered and friendly. David looks divine. Both parents seem very together and ,its true, she never takes her glasses off. Ever.

They dont use private jets.

BadLad · 05/03/2018 02:43

I assume that the royalties from Brooklyn's book "What I see", of out-of-focus photography, will keep the family from poverty for the time being.

littlemissrain · 05/03/2018 07:21

They attended Heathmount Prep for a bit, my dd had some friends at that school.

Toomanytealights · 05/03/2018 07:53

Interesting the way poorer families who can barely afford a week in Cornwall have to adhere to strict school term regulations. Those that don't are called selfish, education wreckers etc. The rich on the other hand can do what they like. And as for tutors, some of us could do a far better job and have far higher qualifications- we still wouldn't be deemed worthy of educationing our dc for a single day off school.

Needurgent · 05/03/2018 07:56

Interestingly when my dc were in a private prep school the general attendance rate for the whole school was 54% one year.

It was entirely normal to take several holidays or extended holidays each year.

They just used tutors.

BookHelpPlease · 05/03/2018 07:57

Ditch the sunglasses

Have you seen the paparazzi pack around them? I would certainly be scowling and wearing dark glasses, you can barely see where you are going as they are so close to you.

BookHelpPlease · 05/03/2018 07:57

This is her arriving at an airport

Needurgent · 05/03/2018 08:02

I also agree that people I know who have met them through work have all said the kids behave impeccably and both parents are down to earth. I've actually heard Victoria is very witty.

OhMyGodTheyKilledKenny · 05/03/2018 08:07

Romeo was certainly in a UK prep school a couple of years ago, which suggests the others probably were too.

Saying that they do seem to spend a lot of UK private school term times abroad and travelling so who knows?

TheJoyOfSox · 05/03/2018 08:07

Of all the things in this world that I have spent any time ‘worrying ‘ over, the Beckham children’s school attendance is not one of them.

Fionne · 05/03/2018 08:11

I've actually heard Victoria is very witty.

That was obvious when Parkinson interviewed them years ago. She was a really good laugh.

ItsAllABitStrangeReally · 05/03/2018 08:14

I think they're living an amazing life, they certainly look happy enough.

VB just had a natural, resting bitch face. I do too, thank God I'm not followed by cameras all day 🤔

HateSummer · 05/03/2018 08:23

👆🏼 This. Honestly, who gives a shit?

viques · 05/03/2018 08:29

I think travelling first class on seats that turn into comfortable beds is not quite the same as sitting in economy next to the toilets............

A friend of my dd was a children's entertainer at one of their parties, her lips are sealed due to a watertight privacy clause, but she did say that DB is better looking in RL and that both parents were charming, and made sure they thanked everyone personally, which is more than a lot of her high end clients bother to do. The Beckham children do lead charmed lives, but they seem to have lots of normal fun times as well, unlike those poor little Kardashian accessories.

logicalmum · 05/03/2018 08:35

All with the full cooperation of the Beckhams of course. Funny how the paps always seem to know when to turn up, cue VB scowling and trying to look all aloof and mysterious. Grin
