Date movie.
It has alisonhannigan in and we thought it might be light hearted
It was dire. Utter crap. And I have a high threshold for crap, can watch most rubbish as long as its entertaining

solaris wtf was that-awful

i hardly go cinema anymore than co9uple of times of year if a friend wants to and its only when its 2 for 1

Castieldeansam · 06/03/2018 14:49

@ArtieMae agree the shape of water was awful, all I could see was abe from hellboy when the creature was on. It was all so predictable too. It really wound me up that they put a towel at the bottom of the bathroom door and the whole room managed to fill with water and quickly!!! Absolute tripe!

SharonBottsPoundOfGrapes · 06/03/2018 15:58

I loved Kalifornia. Juliette Lewis is brilliant in it.

brieislife · 06/03/2018 16:15

I'd like to offer up both Children of Men and Pain & Gain.
I so wanted to like CoM but it thought it was far more clever than it was & had the most unsatisfying ending.
Pain & Gain was just posturing bollocks.

skilledintheartofnothing · 06/03/2018 16:26

Wakefield.
Man throws stop hides in garage to spy of wife and kids. stays up there and lets them all think he has died. Then one day gets dresses in business suite and returns home expecting them to be greatful

revengeongc · 06/03/2018 16:40

I love Pain and Gain. But I can see why some people hate it. It' s Michael Bay, after all!

Meadowflowers · 06/03/2018 17:03

Mother was awful! With Jennifer Lawrence in.

iMogster · 06/03/2018 17:04

Eraserhead is the worse film ever. Fact.

DGRossetti · 06/03/2018 17:09

Eraserhead is the worse film ever. Fact.

Er, have you seen any of Lynchs art-house stuff ? You might reconsider Grin.

And if we are going art-house (probably best not to) , then anything by Kenneth Anger ...

Butterfly Kiss ?

moogoom · 06/03/2018 17:22

Has anyone listed The Secret yet? I want to punch rhonda byrnne.

KaliforniaDreamz · 06/03/2018 17:27

What IS going on with Jennifer Lawrence? That Sparrow film looks shite...

Mumthulu · 06/03/2018 17:44

Broken Flowers or Lost in Translation.

Don't get me wrong, Bill Murray is funny, but his most recent films have been utter shite.

I saw them both in the cinema (on dates!) And only just managed to stay awake!

lastnamefirstfirstnamelast · 06/03/2018 18:26

the secret.....biggest loads of bull ever

GabsAlot · 06/03/2018 19:01

Steaksauce · 06/03/2018 19:59

It was shite!

AthenasOwl · 06/03/2018 20:04

Omg crossroads? I'd blocked that out

lastnamefirstfirstnamelast · 06/03/2018 20:17

Badmoms was dog egg too.

Steaksauce · 06/03/2018 20:40

Yes! Crossroads I'm still annoyed I was made to watch that.

Castieldeansam · 06/03/2018 20:53

Atomic Blonde was awful too, not as bad as others, but predictable, was hoping it would be better as had. James McAvoy in it!

moogoom · 06/03/2018 22:10

First name... glad you agree but according to some deluded work fellows its a way of life Confused

GypsieQueen · 06/03/2018 22:24

Anything with Angelina Jolie, just drains the life out of me. I'm interested to know there is a new Hellraiser film though. I loved the first and second ones. How do I get to see it? I've seen the trailer and it seems pretty gory.

BluePony · 07/03/2018 01:44

@MonsteraDeliciosa haha, they're definitely not but this one was the worst by FAR Blush

CavoliRiscaldati · 07/03/2018 02:09

I love Mama Mia - maybe not the movie of the century, but as a light hearted cheerful movie it was fab. Can't wait for the next one.

Livness12 · 07/03/2018 02:56

I shall put forward a vote for Apollo 18. My twin and I went to see it at the cinema. The entire cinema sat there in silence for a moment after it finished, almost in shock at how bad it was. That was my favourite part.

And Hoboken Hollow. A film I actually got up and left the room for because it wasn't a 'horror film', it was just unpleasant and disturbing.

Saggingninja · 07/03/2018 16:32

Steaksauce
What was that film that Britney Spears was in?
It was shite!
