Jux · 15/02/2018 17:16

Ahhhhhh, he really is lovely.

Could we clone him please?

MrsArthurShappey · 15/02/2018 17:18

I've been lurking throughout your journey, it really has got a bit of everything hasn't it? But I have to give a little *happysigh at the sofa story. He's a goodun. You're both gooduns.

SleepIsForTheWeek · 15/02/2018 17:19

Awww Smile

Is this Viking OP?

BlytheofWindyWillows · 15/02/2018 17:24

SleepIsForTheWeek I read that article earlier and also thought of Viking Smile

funkyfunky · 15/02/2018 17:25

SleepIsForTheWeek that man is Welsh and appears to have two feet. Definitely not BFFDH.

BuggerOffAndGoodDayToYou · 15/02/2018 17:25

I am married to a man who is genuinely the absolute love of my life but I think I am now more than a little bit in love with a hopping Viking (who I think is probably at least 20 years too young for me).

Ladymadness · 15/02/2018 17:29

This song popped into my head reading this Grin

He also picks his nose and snores like an unconscious highland cow. I’ve come home in numerous occasions o find a fully grown man in his pants and my ugg boots because his feet were cold..

Also, he’s a dressing gown thief and he’s never sorry about it Angry

(Please stop telling him how awesome he his, his head will never get through the door!)

That's fake news, BFF!

I'm sure he's a God. A romantic God.

BoobleMcB · 15/02/2018 17:49

Both feet were cold?!

😂😂😂😂

AlpacaLypse · 15/02/2018 18:04

I went to a Viking funeral years and years ago. He'd been a young man, killed in a car accident, and had been an inveterate RPG player of the dungeons and dragons variety. His parents after some thought and discussion with family and friends decided to send his ashes out to sea on a model boat. A lot of combustibles and a small firework were used to get it to catch fire. It was both moving and funny - the death had actually happened over a year before and the very worst of the pain was gone, although I know parents never truly get over losing a child - and will never be forgotten by those of us who were on the bank of the estuary watching his last journey.

BeckettsandChapel · 15/02/2018 18:10

Don’t you know you’re not meant to die and come back to life till Easter

Groovee · 15/02/2018 18:14

Hey viking could you come and have a word with Mr Groovee?

Katyb121 · 15/02/2018 18:22

Loved this thread, best yet! Glad you're not dead OP, late for work this morning as too busy reading/laughing, your DH sounds hilarious 😂

user1465335180 · 15/02/2018 18:45

I'm glad you're not dead op,you and your DH are far too much fun to lose. Yes, I know we're making him vain but he really does sound like a complete sweetheart, the idea of planning and buying new sofas to make you happy made me go Ahh- and I'm a stroppy, unsentimental cow and not a lot makes me go Ahh

Bless him for saving his gig money BFF. Looking forward to hearing about your new furniture tomorrow Smile

MorelloKisses · 15/02/2018 18:57

Because his feet are cold [ahem?!]

flowergrrl77 · 15/02/2018 19:07

Looking forward to finding out what sofas a footless Viking chooses!

Steam catches me now and then... but I tend to WoW a bit much 👀
