There would be no impact on your health, weight or teeth. What would your menu for an average day be like? Me:

Breakfast: an egg and bacon sandwich
Mid morning: egg mayo sandwich
Lunch: chilli nachos with guacamole and sour cream
Afternoon: a selection of cakes
Dinner: indian takeaway and baked cheesecake with champagne
Bedtime: hot chocolate with marshmallows and digestive biscuits.

Full fat yoghurt with granola for breakfast

Bagel with loads of cream cheese for lunch and a bit of choc

Dinner would be something like veg curry from Indian takeaway with loads of sides like Bombay aloo and Naan

Pudding pralines and cream ice cream

Allllll the gin !!

Porridge (made with milk) with raspberries & cream
Cheese & sliced tomatoes on freshly sliced toasted homemade bread. The cheese & tomatoes have to be properly toasted though - brown & bubbly - no anaemic half-melted cheese here. Also a splash of Worcestershire sauce.
A massive plate of king prawns, smoked salmon, crab, & various other fresh seafood, as many types as I could get. Rocket salad, lemon mayonnaise. A big piece of very good bread with lashings of salty butter.
Maybe a roast chicken rollie for a snack - roast chicken shredded, in lettuce, with homemade garlic mayonnaise.
Hot chocolate made with whole milk & pure cacao liquor, no sugar.

I have recently given up wheat after many years of denying that it triggers my IBS. I feel much better but I really miss proper bread... all my food fantasies feature bread at present. I do have the hot choc sometimes though. I have practically zero sweet tooth & no desire for alcohol, I'm quite lucky really.
