There would be no impact on your health, weight or teeth. What would your menu for an average day be like? Me:

Breakfast: an egg and bacon sandwich
Mid morning: egg mayo sandwich
Lunch: chilli nachos with guacamole and sour cream
Afternoon: a selection of cakes
Dinner: indian takeaway and baked cheesecake with champagne
Bedtime: hot chocolate with marshmallows and digestive biscuits.

Hard to choose just one day's menu Grin

Breakfast: toasted bagels with smoked salmon and sour cream, a huge hazelnut latte and orange & grapefruit juice
Snacks: Almond fingers, 'naice' chocolate cookies, hot white toast dripping with butter
Lunch: a big prawn mayo baguette with ready salted crisps and a fizzy fruity drink like Rio Tropical
Dinner: something like Lebanese or Indian food eaten with torn up flatbread and fresh salads
Pudding: proper 70s black forest gateau or a really good cheeseboard and a selection box of chocolates

BlackeyedSusan · 22/01/2018 22:03

there would definitely be a lot of chinese takeaway in my diet. more pringles, if that were possible, Blush

ham. bacon, real sausages,

cheese and more cheese.

EdithWeston · 22/01/2018 22:05

All of the bread. Wine.

MaryPoppinsPenguins · 22/01/2018 22:07

Breakfast - bubble & squeak sandwich with bacon
Mid morning - walkers sensations and a cinema size bag of munchies
Lunch - Pasta in tomato sauce with chunks of mozerella
Mid afternoon snack - tea & biscuits
Dinner - fillet steak (screw it, 2 fillet steaks!) chips, mushrooms, beans, pepper sauce and white bread and butter. With so much wine... followed by honeycomb cheesecake.

Before bed snack - (because, why not!) More wine, cheese and onion crisp sandwich with loads of butter.

Why did you start this thread? I’m so hungry Grin

MaryPoppinsPenguins · 22/01/2018 22:07

Mine is very bread heavy... which is weird as I rarely eat bread!

Ancientmummyofwooooos · 22/01/2018 22:07

So much white bread toast with butter... and full fat philli, and Strawberry muller rice... im on my 2nd week at slimming world though.

MsVestibule · 22/01/2018 22:07

I'm on fast day, only had 500 calories today, this is not helping 😱. But I'll join in anyway.

Breakfast: something relatively healthy like granola, fruit, full fat Greek yogurt. Followed by a coffee, crumpet with butter and McVities milk chocolate digestives

Lunch: massive chicken/tuna/egg mayonnaise filled sandwich with rocket, followed by any type of chocolate.

Dinner: Indian takeaway, cheesecake and wine.

I won't have snacks. That would be greedy.

Singingtherapy · 22/01/2018 22:08

This thread's driving me crazy! Starving now!
Breakfast: 3 eggs scrambled on two slices of thick white toast with lots of butter.
Mid morning: cappuccino and 4 chocolate digestives.
Lunch: cheese toastie, bag of crisps and a kit kat.

Dinner: lasagna, garlic bread and salad followed by tiramasu.

Eliza9917 · 22/01/2018 22:09

Breakfast: bacon sandwich on dirty sliced white bread with tomato sauce, or a fry-up.

Mid AM: chocolate bar & crisps.

Lunch: McDonalds/KFC/BK etc or sandwich, crisps & fizzy.

Mid PM: tea & cake.

Dinner: pizza or Indian or Chinese.

Evening drinks & snacks: rosè wine or vodka lemonade, pitta & hummus/nuts/crisps/chocolate/cheese & crackers etc

Loads of diet lemonade all day.

Bread.

Bread with Philadelphia.
Bread with thick salty butter.
Bread with bacon.
Cheese toasties.
Salami sandwiches.

All the bread, bagels, toast.

I love bread. Why, oh why does it go straight into my belly.

RefuseTheLies · 22/01/2018 22:13

I have a binge eating disorder - these are all pretty standard menus for me Blush

Jux · 22/01/2018 22:14

I think I'd spend the first day eating only cake. Lots and lots of cake.
The second day I stick to chocolate.
Then I'd crave vegetables and go back to normal.

Heartoffire · 22/01/2018 22:15

Ah refuse are you ok? Flowers

Growingboys · 22/01/2018 22:15

B: Alpen and milk (old school I know, all powdery and sugary, but YUM), Earl Grey

snack: warm white choc Ben's cookie, flat white coffee

L: roast chicken and all the trimmings incl bread sauce (a vat thereof) and petits pois, glass (large) of Meursault

drinks time: G&T (Hendricks), mini Cheddars (might push the boat out and go for BBQ flavour). Maybe a handful of wasabi peas

S: vast thin crust pizza with chillies, thinly sliced ham, tomatoes, blue cheese and black olives, two large glasses Barolo.

coffee, Venchi chocs

(NB as this is my dream day there would be no headache from the booze or insomnia from the late night coffee or feeling full)

Grenoble124 · 22/01/2018 22:15

I actually need to put on weight. About half a stone. I lost a lot of weight on purpose then lost my Mam last month so lost too much. Trouble is I am so used to dieting I don't know what to do and feel sick eating chocolate instead of my nice low fat trifle. I will look for inspiration from above and do a food shop.

I just keep re-reading my dream day and it makes me so happy.

Might come back and read it again tomorrow, as I know it's going to be a tough day.

Elocutioner · 22/01/2018 22:17

Bleurgh I couldn't eat the amount of food people are describing!

I'd have breakfast - crunchy muesli with semi skimmed milk
Lunch - sandwich, maybe some crisps or cake
Dinner - stuffed peppers and rice or pasta pesto with tomatoes and olives
Evening - two or three glasses of wine and a bar of chocolate

I've been juicing for ages so I don't eat any of this stuff any more!!
