There would be no impact on your health, weight or teeth. What would your menu for an average day be like? Me:

Breakfast: an egg and bacon sandwich
Mid morning: egg mayo sandwich
Lunch: chilli nachos with guacamole and sour cream
Afternoon: a selection of cakes
Dinner: indian takeaway and baked cheesecake with champagne
Bedtime: hot chocolate with marshmallows and digestive biscuits.

You lot, why not embrace the Inner Roman in you? Adopt the toga ( so good, elegant and accommodating for those 'fat' days), and the Vomitorium (exactly what it says on the tin) for when you're really on....er...a roll?

itssquidstella · 23/01/2018 21:41

I don’t think I’d eat more regularly during the day, not on a daily basis anyway, but I’d definitely eat KFC pretty much weekly. I’d always have three courses if going out to dinner. And I’d have a slice of cake or a cookie if I went to a coffee shop at the weekend.

HighwayChile · 23/01/2018 21:54

This thread has made me so hungry!

I'd have a veggie fry up for breakfast composed of perfectly poached eggs, hash browns, mushrooms, beans, good veggie sausages, grilled tomatoes and fried bread. With a bucket of tea.

For lunch I'd have a halloumi kebab with salad and soggy takeaway chips with a side order of freshly made humous.

And a cheese stuffed crust veggie pizza for tea covered in jalapeños and with garlic and herb dip. All washed down with a few glasses of Johnny Walker Blue label Grin

OutOfHiding · 23/01/2018 21:57

Breakfast would be a full English or bacon roll and coffee.
Mid morning - vanilla latte.
Lunch - smoked salmon and cream cheese bagel
Mid afternoon - chocolate brownie

Yum!

WazFlimFlam · 23/01/2018 22:05

UrgentScurryfunge · 23/01/2018 22:23

It would involve prawns, and a massive ice cream sundae washed down with as much alcohol as I like. With a side plate of freshly cut white bread slathered in butter.

Unfortunately my digestive system does not agree with such follies.

Cactuar · 23/01/2018 22:27

Ooh I like this thread. Mine would be:

Breakfast: sausages, bacon, eggs, fried mushrooms, grilled tomatoes and lots of thick hot buttered toast and big mug of coffee

Mid-morning: hot sausage roll from the bakers

Lunch: large fresh buttered baguette stuffed with chicken, bacon, salad and lashings of hellmans mayo. A packet of salt and vinegar and some reeces pieces. Another big mug of coffee.

Dinner: calamari or some sort of fried cheeses for starters, followed by a very rare fillet steak smothered in blue cheese sauce and some big chunky chips followed by treacle tart and clotted cream. All washed down with lots of red wine. And then maybe an Irish coffee. Bliss.

Unsurprisingly, given the above, I have about 6 stone I need to lose so will not be having any of that any time soon as currently restricting myself to 1200 calories a day! Off to cry into my salad 😁

AtleastitsnotMonday · 23/01/2018 22:30

I love this thread! MN is usually full of people waxing lyrical about carrot sticks and houmous or how then actually enjoy a bowl of tender stem broccoli more than kettle chips. This is the first thread in ages where they barely get a look in.

Charlotte987 · 23/01/2018 22:31

I'd wake up to a mocha and fruit toast from starbucks EVERY morning.

Lunch would be a sausage roll and a cheese and onion slice from Greggs, with another mocha.

Tea would be a meateor, chicken kickers and cookies from Dominos.

I'd snack on cupcakes and millionaires shortbread, and drink sooooooo much full fat coke.

mrsharrison · 23/01/2018 22:33

Cactuar I'm on 1200 cals too. Was bored of it and was considering doing a full binge. But this morning i weighed myself and have lost 4 pounds in a week.
So the binge can wait a while.

Breakfast - bacon, egg, grilled tomato, black pudding and croissant(s), butter and jam. Coffee.
Mid morning - doughnuts or yum-yums. Tea or coffee.
Lunch toasted fish finger and melted cheese sandwich. Mayo and ketchup mixed on the sandwich. Or a cheese, ham and tomato toastie. Thick cut multi-seed bread. To drink -- Tea, plus chocolate biscuits or large piece of cake.
Dinner - macaroni cheese with sliced tomato on top and a gammon steak.
Or lamb curry, Madras or Dhansak, with the Works - pilau rice, paratha, dhal, mixed vegetable Bhaji), Side order of chicken tikka, onion Bhaji.

Best quality ice cream for dessert and to be eaten throughout evening straight from the tub.
Full-fat Coke to drink during the day and large gin and tonic, (Beefeater and Fevertree) before/at dinner. Or a Manhattan cocktail.

Cactuar · 23/01/2018 22:37

4 pounds is amazing MrsHarrison. I lost 2 pounds last week and am about half a stone down since Christmas so it is working. I find if I stick to 1200 or less on weekdays I can relax and splurge a bit on weekends and still lose weight. Good luck and thank you for starting this thread even if it has made me hungry Smile

bluechameleon · 23/01/2018 22:49

Breakfast: waffles or American pancakes with maple syrup, banana and bacon
Mid morning: chocolate cake
Lunch: pizza and garlic bread followed by an ice cream sundae
Mid afternoon: scones with clotted cream and jam

mrsharrison · 23/01/2018 22:59

i have read through every post and the one food i can't get out of my head is "family cherry pie with custard".
I want it really badly....

loveka · 23/01/2018 23:02

Breakfast- Either full English or pancakes with maple syrup.
Mid morning- Croissant
Lunch- Cheese and crisp sandwich. French onion soup.
Dinner- Gin and tonic, nuts
Blinis with salmon and caviar
Steak, sautee potatoes, salad (or pad thai. Or roast chicken. Or roast beef and Yorkshire pudding.)
Creme Brulee or chocolate profiteroles or ice cream with hot chocolate sauce.
Cheese and biscuits or walnut bread
Wine
Coffee and brandy. A chocolate truffle.

As it is I eat endless fucking salad. I need to lose 2 stone.

PatchworkWomble · 23/01/2018 23:10

Breakfast: pancakes with lemon juice and maple syrup, maybe with some baked bananas and a side of pastries such as almond croissant and cinnamon swirl. Oh, and a chai latte.

Snack: cup of tea with an all you can eat tin containing a variety of my favourite biscuits.

Lunch: full afternoon tea with finger sandwiches (peanut butter and banana, hummus and sweet corn, cucumber), scones and mini cakes.

Snack: a jam donut and hot chocolate with marshmallows. Lots of marshmallows.

Dinner: Chinese takeaway - plain chow mein, sweetcorn fried rice, satay tofu, vegetable spring rolls, bamboo shoots and water chestnuts. Pineapple fritters too.

Midnight snack: a selection of sweets and chocolates and maybe some baklava.

I won't lie, I have often planned this in the same way that some plan how to spend their fantasy lotto millionsGrin
