There would be no impact on your health, weight or teeth. What would your menu for an average day be like? Me:

Breakfast: an egg and bacon sandwich
Mid morning: egg mayo sandwich
Lunch: chilli nachos with guacamole and sour cream
Afternoon: a selection of cakes
Dinner: indian takeaway and baked cheesecake with champagne
Bedtime: hot chocolate with marshmallows and digestive biscuits.

I think i might allow myself an occasional day to eat like this -and add in some walnut whips.

Breakfast: Sourdough, scrambled eggs, salmon, cheese. A bucket of full fat latte.

Snack: a whole sampler tray from Hotel Chocolat and an espresso martini

Lunch: huge plate of pasta bake with cheese, chicken, ham and leek. And garlic bread. And then some coffee ice cream. And a massive cherry coke. A real one - a coke with cherry syrup.

Mid afternoon snack - lots of sweet chai tea with milk and a family bag of Haribos.

Dinner: a antipasti plate with cured meat, cheese, breads, olives, hummus, dips, butter with salt on top.... Followed by lots and lots of gin and tonic.

Then pancakes with Nutella for supper.

Blush

weeblueberry · 22/01/2018 22:21

Elocutioner · 22/01/2018 22:23

DeadButDelicious · 22/01/2018 22:23

Breakfast: DH's Scottish Granny's cooked breakfast. Sliced sausage... mmmmmmm

Dinner: Five Guys bacon cheeseburger. With chips and cheese and a thick chocolate shake.

Tea: Chicken cacciatore from my favourite Italian. Black Forest gateaux and a glass of coke.

wellhonestly · 22/01/2018 22:24

Breakfast: prob similar to what I have now, tbh, porridge and fruit, oh well perhaps with an almond croissant on top ...

Lunch: seafood platter or similar, a lovely salad including plenty of avocado, white wine

Dinner: several different curries with all the trimmings, rose lassi, beer, some sort of pavlova or summer pudding or raspberry charlotte russe for dessert with double cream. Or just raspberries and double cream!

Snacks snacks snacks - crisps, popcorn, chocolate, gummy sweets, loads of berries, cherries and black seedless grapes.

Waitaminute but: why???

Weirdly and genuinely if I had the money, I’d have a chef rustle me up something eggy for breakfast and then little tasty yummy side plate sized salads. You know with all the bits we can’t afford to have in stock all the time. I LOVE a fancy fiddly salad

The main benefit for me would be to have as much variety as possible. GrinThe main Problemd for me with healthy eating/dieting is the restriction of foods not so much quantity. Although quantity is good too.

So some days full English breakfast and some continental breakfast and some just a bacon bap etc! Followed by pastries, cakes, biscuits.....

OwlinaTree · 22/01/2018 22:35

Just bread, butter, cheese, wine, chips on rotation basically. Then cake and custard for pudding.
