There would be no impact on your health, weight or teeth. What would your menu for an average day be like? Me:

Breakfast: an egg and bacon sandwich
Mid morning: egg mayo sandwich
Lunch: chilli nachos with guacamole and sour cream
Afternoon: a selection of cakes
Dinner: indian takeaway and baked cheesecake with champagne
Bedtime: hot chocolate with marshmallows and digestive biscuits.

Ooooh on a VLC diet at the mo and this is making me salivate. 🤤

Breakfast: porridge with butter and syrup
Lunch: pulled pork sandwich on thick white crusty bread followed by a slice of coffee and walnut cake, with a thick ice cream based chocolate milkshake on the side
Dinner: moussaka with a bottle of red, followed by some panna cotta
TV watching snacks: hotel chocolate stuff and a tube of BBQ pringles

Alas having too many of these faves over the last year have led to above diet 😳

I do pretty much eat what I want without consequence as I do a lot of running so burn off any excess calories.

However...my dream foods would consist of lots and lots of leafy salad, cauliflower/broccoli cheese, sag aloo and other yummy indian dishes made with spinach.

I have Crohn's and can't eat a lot of the nice green veggies that were my favourites so I (honestly) do dream about tucking in to a huge salad (I love Caesar salad and that nice one Pizza Express do with goat's cheese and chicken). I treat myself occasionally but suffer terribly for about a week after with pain, bloating and other unwanted side effects Sad

Inertia · 22/01/2018 22:45

Breakfast would be in a hotel and would be very leisurely: fresh fruit salad; small bowl of Frosties; granola with Greek yogurt, honey, raspberries and strawberries; hash browns, fried egg, mushrooms, tomato, veggie sausage, toasted sourdough; fresh bread roll with cream cheese & cucumber; orange, cranberry &pink grapefruit juice; lots of tea.

Lunch: Dominos vegaroma pizza with chillies, garlic bread, wedges

Dinner: Veggie tapas in a lovely restaurant, washed down with white wine and gin Mare. Pudding- raspberry Pavlova

TrashPanda · 22/01/2018 22:46

Breakfast - warm croissants with set honey and proper salted butter, smoked salmon, cured meats and brie.

Lunch - warm baguette with crispy bacon and melty brie

Dinner - start with garlic butter prawns and warm petit pain, then steak with scallops and dauphinoise potato, then apple crumble with a crunchy buttery crumble top.

Snacks would be lots of fruit, mainly exotic, all prepared for me, fried halloumi and fresh avocado slices, salted mccoys and salted peanuts.

Full sugar Coca-Cola to drink with everything, very cold, slices of orange not lemon.

mrsharrison · 22/01/2018 22:47

At the height of my gluttony i ate a large tub if ben n jerrys in one go, very quickly. I got brain freeze badly. I was at work. It was an open office and people kept coming over and asking if i was ok. I was holding my head and groaning in agony. Oh the shame.

Love your bacon and egg breakfast sandwhich. I would have it on toasted bread, so the bread wouldn't get soggy Grin

Egg sandwhich mid morning too. Or smoked salmon with cream cheese on thick tiger bread.

About 4 times a week for dinner, a takeaway. Chinese, kebab, Indian. The odd pizza. I'd alternate obviously. Other days a big roast or macaroni cheese.

As much beer as I could handle.

CuppaTeaTime2 · 22/01/2018 22:54

Bloomed basically summed me up Grin

Cellardoor23 · 22/01/2018 22:55

I'm not a big fan of puddings, but my mains ones would probably be cheese cake and creme brûlée.

BellMcEnd · 22/01/2018 22:57

(Menu 2)

Breakfast:- kippers with scrambled eggs and doorstep white buttered toast. Yorkshire Gold tea

Lunch:- prawns and scallops in garlic with ciabatta, mussels in a creamy garlic and white wine sauce, skinny fries. Fizzy water.

Tea: cottage pie
Supper: box of malteasers

Breakfast - pancake or waffles with buckets of maple syrup. Or a lovely fruity granola with full fat milk.

Lunch - pie, mash and liquor and a big cup of tea to wash it down.

Dinner - lasagne from my local Italian restaurant with chips. They do the most amazing chips.
Alternative would be a goats cheese calzone or a mixed shawarma wrap (with chips obviously).

Drinks throughout the day - black currant Capri suns, Grape soda, fruit punch and lots of disaronno or baileys.

Snacks - vats of prawn cocktail crisps, ready salted Pringles, cannoli and pick and mix
