Katie lives a 2min walk from mine. Have met her once or twice, just in passing No, unfortunately I don't live in a "mansion" like hers.

The 1st time I met her was when I was walking down a hill with youngest in a pushchair, toddler walking and eldest scooting. Eldest misjudged how steep the hill was (just a little alleyway between houses near school) and Katie literally ran to grab my pushchair so I could pick him up off the floor. She was terribly helpful and made sure we were all good before she left.
